The 44 m4 apartment on the ground floor of the first Villa Garrigue below the swimming pool includes:

- 1 living room with 2-seater sofa bed
- 1 fitted kitchen (hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave grill,
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds,
- 1 corridor with cupboards,
- 1 bathroom: bath and shower,
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 covered terrace with sea view, equipped with garden table and chairs. Fromper day.
