It needs to be known how hard the manager and duty manager work to satisfy everyone's requirements and make the customers'stays as pleasant as possible. I have personally experienced this, since I became an unintentionally high-maintenance guest, including a changing of room due to maintenance issues outside of their control, family from England uncle to connect me urgently so rang the hotel, refreshment requirements, self-inflicted room lock -out and more. Both the manager and deputy manager not only responded to requests and concerns willingly, they also followed up afterwards to ensure that they were resolved to my satisfaction. I have no doubt they do this for every customer. You can see them being busy about the hotel for everyone, and it's clear to me that customer satisfaction is at the heart of their work. I contend them. They never seem to sleep. I will choose to return to this hotel next year with work because of them. 5 stars for customer service. Nothing else mattered.
