Thank-you so much for sharing your piece of paradise. My wife and I spent 3 days and nights in room F, the cottage with the greatest view of the jetty and ships that pass under the skyway bridge. Pasagrille beach is all you need for great rest and relaxation!! terry and karren

I looked for a place near the dog friendly beach and hit the jackpot with this resort. Our cottage was 30 yards from it, ….but…. they have their own private beachfront, and allow well behaved guests to be off leash. My dog had a blast playing frisbee and ball on the beach, and swimming in the bay. A sheriff walked over and tried to tell us our dog had to be on a leash, I informed him we were on private property, and Melanie explained to him our dogs were allowed, and ‘Max’ was their guest. We loved everything about the grounds, lots of nice shells every morning on this bay side beach. 😊👍🏻👍🏻

Every year, I spend my birthday at a spot on the beach. This year, I stayed at Island's End Resort at the tip of Pass a Grille. I was lucky to reserve Unit F with its own private deck. The location is great - very quiet with its own small beach. The fishing pier was unavailable due to damage from Hurricane Idalia but that didn't stop fishermen from casting off in the surf. If you want more action, you are a short walk or drive to restaurants, shopping, Starbucks and other beach areas. Lots of charm to this place. The grounds are pleasant with areas to sit and relax. Just steps from the beach and some of the best shelling - shhh, don't tell anyone! My unit was clean and comfortable, the perfect size for 1 or 2 people. The best part is the deck. I enjoyed relaxing and watching the sun rise and set each day. The views from the deck are lovely as well - sailboats slowly passing, a variety of shorebirds, etc., plus the gentle sounds of the waves lapping on the shore.

I understand roaches are a part of Florida buuuut having one larger than your big toe run across your body while sitting on the couch in the place you’re paying to relax in, is pretty stressful. No worries though cause we took care of that one ourselves after calling and asking for someone to get it. The real fun is when we got home… where we don’t have roaches, especially at that size and finding out some decided to come with you… at 3 am. I was willing to look past the having no leg room to the restroom, the rusted fridge, and even the sheets the didn’t stay on the bed the second a body touched them, but roaches are where I draw the line. Absolutely would not recommend unless you want to bring home an infestation

Been coming for years; usually w/friends &in UnitA w/the pool &outstanding view/location, but have come w/husband &stayed in smaller Units. Property is charming, great location &Units are always clean &accommodating. Love the pet friendly policy.

We have shelled the beaches in Pass A Grille for years… always wondered what it would be like to stay at Islands End Resort. Well, now we know it is awesome! From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and made us feel like “regulars”. The Old Florida charm is alive and well. We stayed in Villa C and completely enjoyed all it’s nuances. The place was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed shelling the first negative low tide we ever saw. What treasures we found. If you enjoy a high rise hotel, a busy crowded beach and loud music this place is NOT for you. A review of Islands Inn Resort would not be complete or accurate without a specific mention of Jake. Jake is the canine concierge everyone loves… he’s a bit if a mooch (ok,ok I encouraged him). He made our trip complete with his antics. You’ve just got to meet him to understand. We just left there and are already anxious to get back to the laid back vibe at Island’s End Resort.
