I stayed here once about 5 years ago- still the best deal in town. Beach front on pass a grille. Pictures are accurate. Everything included without resort fee (beach chairs, bikes, pool, pool towels, bbq, etc) some things were in better shape than last time. A beach motel, but helpful staff/owners and clean. Great price point. Good for longer stays with full kitchen. We wanted to stay over thanks giving weekend but we are only staying for 4 night and they have 5 night min during that time. Ensure you understand cancellation fee. Can’t wait to return

Have stayed many times over 5 years. All fabulous, relaxing trips. Crew feels like family. Comfort is their main focus. Personalized service. Laundry available, walkable every where in the one block long historic village. Sabal provides bikes, sand chairs, towels. It's easy living island life. Super super clean. Older population in this village, not for the wild party thonged bikini clientele. Happily

My son and I just returned from a 4 night stay in this piece of heaven! We were in room 7. It was perfect for the two of us. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a large fridge, stove/oven, double sink, microwave, and coffee pot. The bathroom was huge and the beds were comfortable. The AC was able to keep the room cool and the ceiling fan was a perfect touch!! The grounds are beautiful in the seating/grilling area. The pool is more like a hot tub— but we enjoyed being able to use a shower to shower off after a day at the beach. I liked that a parking pass was included that allowed us to park. The staff was very friendly and the location is across the street from the beach, yet felt secluded and quiet. I look forward to visiting again!!

6th time staying here, best ever. Appreciate the staff and service, always accommodating. Room was clean and recently remodeled, new room decor and accents were nicely done. Hotel is directly across the street from the beach and blocks away from restaurants, bars and shopping. Hotel has bicycles and beach chairs available for use. The couple that manages the hotel are always accommodating and hospitable. We’ll be back in January. 😀

The hotel is right across from the beach. Our room was on the backside next to the spa. Room was small but it was perfect for my husband and I. The only downside was the pool ,it is really a spa and it is heated. It’s too hot to get in in July. It is in a great location.

The hotel is across the street from beach Every1 was peaceful & friendly, housekeeping came early Small spa/pool, beach chairs, gas grill, cozy, stayed 6days wit 10 yr old. No complaints I thought it was beautiful

This little place has a few positives, but they are overshadowed by the negatives. Positives: Across from the beach...Shower pressure strong...Staff very Friendly. Negatives: Kitchen counter and sink area not clean...Some plates and silverware dirty...Drip coffeemaker dirty...Unit rug looked really dirty...Building very old and some improvements either done improperly or were very amateurish (Bathroom sink at an abnormally low height...No shelves in medicine cabinet...Unit flooring at different heights)... "Pool" is actually only a hotub...Bicycles in disrepair...

We are seniors who live in St. Petersburg. We LOVE the beach. Twice we have stayed at this property. Fell in love with it the first time :) It is small, clean, beautifully appointed and comfortable. With small kitchenettes, it is simply perfect. Right across from one of the most beautiful beaches in Pinellas County. THe staff is superb. The owners have bikes and even beach chairs for your use!!!!!!! Affordably priced, it is simply a wonderful spot to relax!

Loved this hotel. We did have the room with low ceilings but it didn’t bother me because I’m only 5’3- for the first time I could touch the ceiling lol! My significant other was 6’2 and didn’t have to walk bent over. He fit! He did have to watch his head in a couple places- but we knew what to expect- not all of the rooms are like this. The pool was great, beach was close, restaurants within walking distance. Such a quiet and clean place. I hope we are able to come back!
