我此行唯一差評的酒店，位置離市中心遠，離火車站很近，房間小且服務極差。我定的時候攜程上衹有兩人間，連湖景都沒寫，我家娃11歲，我想先定上到時候再看情況。到了前台很小，服務員看見我有個娃，在那算了半天，説湖景加50，娃再加70，我同意了，並且問她，娃可以有床嗎？她説可以的。等我進了房間，是最高的5樓小閣樓，電梯都衹到4樓，閣樓要自己爬上去（幸好我連個行李箱都沒帶），窗户大概50-60公分寬，房間還特別小，然後服務員來了，看了半天，最後告訴我説，她給我最便宜的價格，還是湖景房，所以沒有加床了，我説這個房間太小了，是不是不能加床，我可以換個房間嗎？當時就點開攜程上的房間，跟她指着説可不可以換，她都説不行，沒有房間。我想攜程上都寫着為啥説沒有啊，人家也不理我，而且後面拒絕和我溝通，要和我女兒説話，最後我説那你説可以加床啊，那個女的説sorry，然後就走了。我氣炸了，直接投訴了，完了就跑出去轉了，然後高潮來了，晚上，我回來了，我讓我女兒打電話去讓她們送床被子和枕頭來，她打電話問完説要下去拿，我説那你去吧，娃就下去了，過了一會上來氣死了，説換了個服務員，質問她投訴的事情，説給的是湖景房，然後説樓梯太窄，被子拿不上去，不給拿。我立刻打電話去問為什麼沒有，我都付了三個人的錢了，沒床就算了，連被子枕頭都不能有？那個女的又來質問我投訴的事，説給了我湖景房，我説那個加床呢，當時你們算了半天錢，我説兩人間不加床算了，直接算個早餐錢，20塊，你們説不行，她11歲了，兩人間床不能住，必須要付錢加床，那床在哪兒呢？湖景房也是，你們收了我50瑞法（我看過，當時標註湖景的大概就貴個200多人民幣），然後給我一個閣樓小房間，我説既然加不了床能不能換房間，服務員説都不行，然後一句sorry解決所有問題。現在要個被子你們説拿不上來？最後那個女的説，她不知道房間的事。我説被子能不能拿上來，她説行，後面給我送上來了。
我真的是第一次遇到這麼差的服務，一共花了4000多，入住了閣樓房，還被氣得要死。
最後還是感謝攜程吧，攜程服務挺好的，投訴都有迴應，也有補償解決，雖然不多，但是也能讓我舒心一會。

環境超好，直望湖；
早餐有很多水果，種類比較豐富；
有免費汗蒸房，服務態度很好。
房間略小，但有個小陽台，風景很好，暖氣很足

We had a one night stopover from taking the Glacier Express before going on to Zurich and it served the purpose. The whole experience was a bit of a mismatch from expectations as it is presented. The view is beautiful and that is the best feature. You enter from the back in what looks to be a service entrance, so already a bit strange. Our room looked out over the back service entrance and I think the best description is hostel like. There’s a bed, a desk, a knotty pine built in area to hang clothes and put your suitcase and one picture on the wall—the price was $333 for the night which for St. Moritz is about average. Dining was also a bit strange. We were told not to make reservations that all guests automatically had a reservation. When going to dine, most of the tables (including all of the ones by the window) had a place card with someone’s name on it. I’m in my mid-60’s, but we were the youngest people dining and there was a sense that most of the diners were long term guests. When we tried to peek at the view past one of the reserved tables we got stink eye from the folks at the table. The fondue was very good and reasonably priced (for Switzerland). All in all, okay, but I don’t think I would go back if I returned to St. Moritz.

We did not stay at the hotel but visited the Devil's Place Bar. What a amazing collection of Whiskies from all over the world. One could get lost walking through rooms full of Whiskies. And just to figure out what to order was a challenge. But our bar tender Ben was fantastic with his knowledge of various Whiskies

I just had one night here as I was set to take the Glacier express in the morning. Spent a bit of time in the spa. It was small, but a very nice facility. I opted to do the Chef’s dinner special at the hotel restaurant. The meal was discounted for guests. It was a five course meal, for a great price. My waiter, Sergio , was amazing with food and drink recommendations. I hope to come back to St. Moritz and will stay longer here.
