I was really disappointed by this hotel. Firstly, there were no hand towels in the bathroom, and no kettle with tea/coffee in the rooms. When I questioned this, I was told they had to differentiate themselves from other grades of hotel within the Accor group, and this three star (!) establishment did not rate either hand towels nor a kettle in the room. Given that they charge €80+ for a single room, and that the Premiere Classe chain, which charges €35-40, does provide hand towels, I thought this was a bit much. When I complained about the fact that one could not make tea in one's room, they informed me that they would be happy to make me a cup of tea if I just asked at the front desk. I did, and they then tried to bill me for this when I eft. Last but not last, the person at the front desk, the one who cam up with all the excuses, called me by first name throughout my stay. Clearly, nobody had ever told him that clients should be addressed as "Madame" or "Monsieur. I was invited to stay in this hotel for a job, but would never choose to stay there myself.
