Bright and 2 steps from the beach. Small view of the pretty Fort de Socoa. Nice decor but faded paint, outdated kitchen and shower to review...

The location is very good, 2 minutes walk from the main beach. However the price seems expensive to me for the state of the accommodation. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and the cleaning, especially of the terrace, is not adequate.

sorry for the price you are not ashamed, windows and pvc windows very very dirty, bad smells no tancarvil or clamps for the hanger, honestly it ruined our vacation, what are you for!!!!

very well located, very quiet residence when we were there only problem: the absence of parking. opportunities on the street are very limited (in number and duration) and chargeable

El apartamento es pequeño pero tenía todo lo que necesitábamos.Está justo al lado de la playa y a un paso del centro. muy cómodo.IMPORTANTE: como muchos pisos en Francia, no hay ni toallas ni sábanas, hay que traerlos de casa si no queréis pagar extra
