Our family really enjoyed our stay here in a family suite. The space was a great size and my teens each had their own bed or daybed. The curtains kept the room so dark it was great for sleeping! Our room was very clean as was the entire property. The hotel was in a nice location, felt like it was within a residential neighborhood but easy walk to shops, food, etc. We did not take part in breakfast but it is included if you make your reservations directly with the hotel. The pool was wonderful to come back to after spending a day walking around town and enjoying the sights. Also there is an indoor space with a whirlpool and sauna. Also, beverages and small snack items are available to purchase at the front desk and enjoy outside by the pool or in the patio areas of the rooms. Our family suite had air conditioning which was very important for us. However, the temp is pre-set to a temp much higher than we would have liked so cooling the room was a challenge. This seems to be more of a concern for American travelers like ourselves so wanted to mention that. Overall fantastic stay! If wanting to visit St. Jean Cap Ferrart this hotel is a wonderful option at a reasonable price considering the high priced area it is in.

My husband actually chose this hotel, while not fancy, it was perfect for our first stay in this adorable town. We did book a terrace hill view room, however there was no view and we were on the lower level. I was really disappointed. We were only sleeping here so I got over it quickly as the town is just amazing. The bathroom seemed like it was made for the handicapped so it was larger than most European hotels. The bed was comfortable and clean. The service was really good. I was sick when we arrived and she helped us find an open pharmacy. My husband also arranged a massage through the hotel and it was the best he's ever had. We love a European breakfast and we found this one really good. The pool was a nice touch but it was really old. I didn't even get in it. The chairs around the pool were over used and some broken. We did love the location. You are in a residential area so walking the streets was really nice and safe. The town is simply amazing and worth a trip.

Very poor experience. Rooms are small and require maintenance. I booked a sea view room which could not even be sold as a partial sea view, as view was of the side of a house. On complaining I was informed that was the room I had booked and could not be changed. Unfortunately I had paid prior to arrival so there was little I could do and had to endure the rudeness of the the blonde receptionist and the so called manager for the entire stay, neither of which have any customer skills and responded to my complaints with sheer discourteousness. Breakfast is basic and repetitive but the sight of a fresh piece of cheese on day three was a joy, though sadly still sat next to the wrinkled and slowly rotting tomatoes. The pool is in a state of disrepair and not welcoming. I am still waiting for a response from the owner ,Denis Frachon, to explain the vile email I received from said manager following refusal to discuss the issues I had raised. Mr. Frachon, your staff are an embarrassment to you and your hotel.

This boutique hotel offers great accommodations for a good price in a very expensive area. The concierges are extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay with them again.

We stayed here for 10 days in September 2023. The hotel is situated within a ten minute walk of the centre and port, where there are numerous restaurants to choose from. The hotel is clean, the pool area and sun beds well maintained. If you’re looking for a room with a view, request a room on the second floor. The reception staff are very helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Hôtel & Spa La Villa Cap Ferrat Having travelled extensively and stayed in a number of hotels around the world of different categories. I can confirm that this hotel is neither boutique nor well run and in need of maintenance. Having paid good money in peak season we had high expectations. Don’t be fooled….It’s supposedly in a ‘prime location’ which is why it’s popular. But any discerning traveller would be wise to think again. The only good thing about the hotel are comfortable beds and decent bedding. The Spa which includes a sauna and jacuzzi is useful if you encounter bad weather during your stay. Everything else from inadequate room size to general comfort is not worth the money. For the level they are selling themselves at, standards need to be maintained with respect to both customer service and maintenance. It may be the end of the season, but one would expect the same level of cleanliness, facilities and comfort as advertised. There are broken sunbeds, blocked and broken drains and weeds growing around pool. The wooden Bali beds outside the ground level rooms are falling apart. Management appear to think that the fact it always gets booked up is a licence to ignore guests genuine concerns about the general state of the place. It doesn’t pay to complain to the hotel staff either as they will accuse you of lying about your concerns and not be able to offer any alternate accommodation or solution once they have taken your money. In my experience, hotel front desk staff usually try to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Not this one. If you must book here I urge you to do so via a hotel booking website rather than direct. once they have taken your money they will not listen to your concerns about the state of the place or the size of the rooms.

We stayed at the Hotel for no more than 4 hours before having to check out and move hotels, due to the room not being safe for our 1 year old, raised issues with reception and been waiting for a email back about a refund unfortunately having to write on here to try and get a response

Overall great. Positives - nicest hotel staff ever (attentive when you need them to be and laid back the rest of the time), the location (100m from beach and town, 2 mins from bus, 10 min from train, quiet place, close to airport, close to adjoining villages, close to nice, close to Monaco), cheap bar, good air con, good mini-gym and spa, loads of fresh towels, well equalled rooms with coffee maker and radio docking station, clean bedding, lovely shower gel/lotion/ hand soap etc. price (excellent value for where it is) negatives - *********** pictures are old, bathrooms are tired and need sorting, lower ground floor rooms outdoor space is not private and it’s difficult to work out what’s communal/ what’s yours and hotel guests on other floors use it, pool is rest for a make over, some sun beds broken, pool umbrellas can’t be moved. A lot more positives than negatives and is definitely go back. Good hotel overall.
