Trex decking on both the front porch and the screened back porch that is accessible through the master bedroom and overlooks the backyard's natural setting and outdoor shower. Plentiful cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, large kitchen island as well as table which provides seating for eight in total. Right around the corner is a county park with one of the only beaches on Pine Island and a boat ramp to launch your kayaks and small boats. Fun restaurants on the canals within a few miles, island shopping in Matlacha so close by, and several preserves easily reachable by bike to enjoy the natural wildlife~from eagles to alligators and more.
