Logis Hotel le Parc & Spa

The hotel is beautiful. Anyway they say this is a 4stars hotel but the service is not corresponding to that rating. Breakfast costs 20 eur for person and that is really expensive as the breakfast is soo poor. I have had a poorost breakfast in this hotel. This is really sad fact. The other point is the shower that the water does not flow properly in the afternoon. It is a shame, because interior is really nice.

Abs0olutely wonderful! 5* for everything, the staff were great and happy to go out of their way, The room was very well appointed, the bed comfortable, the shower also good. The pool was sparkling, very large and beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, particularly tasty with good, hot coffee in a pot brought to the table. The hotel was spotless and tastefully decorated. Absolutely great!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while we were visiting the Alsace region. We were very impressed with everything about it. The first thing to impress was the view from the room and the balcony. We could see Chateau Haut Konisberg from our room. The rooms were clean with classy black windowed bathroom - with a curtain if you prefer. Very modern. I enjoyed a swim in the spa pool each day which wasnt too small and also not very busy most of the time. Robes and slippers were provided and towels were at the poolside. Unusual for French hotels the breakfast was really good with an excellent choice. I personally cannot eat breads or pastries but was able to enjoy a bowl of mixed fruit of my choice (strawberries, cherries and melon) topped with an actimel yoghurt or a plain yoghurt. This was followed by a boiled egg which was do it yourself and some cheese. There was a refrigerator with plates of mixed cold meats or mixed cheeses. Just one downside was one day someone in the kitchen was using a machine which was really loud and annoying. I know they had to work but there was a door that could have been closed. Just a small thing. During our stay we ate 2 nights in the Winstub bistro style restaurant serving Alsace specialities like choucrute with all the trimmings alongside French food. As I was not feeling well during the trip I probably didnt make the most of the food but very much enjoyed what I had. On the final evening we ate in the restaurant gastromonique Le Josephine. It was quite formal considering it was just next door to the Winstub and the same staff. However, we were disappointed. Having ordered an apero and then placing our food order we waited for 55 minutes for the food to arrive. During this time I wanted to make my wine order and sat with a massive black book in front of me for nearly 40 minutes before I could attract the attention of the wine waiter. When my food finally arrived it was not what I had ordered and was swiftly taken away and thankfully I didnt have to wait another hour for my actual meal to arrive. I would have ordered another glass of wine to go with the dessert but the wine waiter was so busy flouncing around the tables that had ordered the gastronomique 7 course meal with wines and he was doing his tasting experience thing, swirling the wine, sniffing the wine etc, so no-one else was being served unless you were having that too. However, I did complain about this when we checked out so I have not let it influence my score. The hotel was wonderful as were the staff but I wouldnt eat in the Josephine again. There are lots of other places to eat in the town.

Belle bâtisse d époque un hôtel de charme avec 2 restaurants gastronomiques,,, 2 salles,,2 ambiances pour le restaurant très bon plats travaillés, raffinés,,, la chambre était coquette très confortable moquette épaisse,,, mini bar,, belle salle de bain ,,, le coin bar à l accueil dispose d une belle terrasse extérieur,,, le centre spa et très plaisant,, bien propre,,piscine à bonne température,, jacuzzi fonctionnel,,, jolie espace sauna ,,, seul point faible le petit déjeuner pour un hôtel et un restaurant de haut niveau j ai trouvé que le point faible était le petit déjeuner pas grand chose bien sûr mais quelques jus de fruit frais le matin et pas un distributeur de jus serait très apprécié ont en retrouve dans les hôtels bien moins noté et un œuf brouillé ou sur le plat un petit point chaud plus agrémenté mettait tout au même niveau que l hôtel est le restaurant,,, avec des cuisinier plein de talents dans vos effectifs ce point devrait vite trouver une solution je pense,,, voilà pourquoi j ai maintenu la note de 5 /5 ,,, je reviendrai avec plaisir

Excellent week end passé dans cet établissement. Chambres très cosy et bien équipées Personnel discret, efficace et agréable Espace détente (sauna, jacuzzi) plutôt minimaliste mais extrèmement bien soigné. Buffet petit déjeuner très très très correct. Nous avons choisi la brasserie "Winstub" locale pour prendre nos deux diners. Les plats proposés y sont diversifiés, fins et d'un rapport qualité/prix tout a fait corrects. Seul bémol à mettre en avant, une soirée privée de +/- 50 personnes (pompiers) organisée dans cette salle Winstub à l'ambiance habituellement calme et typique de l'Alsace qui a vite tourné en un brouhaha non gérable. Tout comme nous, bon nombre de tablées du restaurant ont préféré quitter le restaurant pour se diriger vers le bar pour y terminer leur vin voir y prendre le digestif et a tout le moins soulager leurs tympans. Il est je pense extrèmement préjudiciable pour la clientèle de ne pas délocaliser ce type de fête dans une salle annexe comme par exemple celle du petit déjeuner. Si nous en avions été informés préalablement nous aurions été prendre notre repas ailleurs. Hormis ce désagrément que nous supposons très occasionnel nous recommandons fortement cet établissement où nous n'hésiterons pas a retourner lors d'un prochain séjour en Alsace.

Hôtel aux chambres confortables et spacieuses. Literie confortable mais chambres surchauffées, nous avons du dormir la fenêtre ouverte en octobre. Les chambres et la salle de douche sont spacieuses mais il manque un petit kit avec bonnet de douche. Les restaurants, Winstub (brasserie) et Josephine (gastronomique) offrent une excellente cuisine, traditionnelle pour le Winstub et raffinée pour le gastronomique. Carte des vins diversifiée et offrant des crus du village, hommage aux producteurs locaux qui valent la découverte. Enfin, petit point négatif : le Jacuzzi n'est qu'à 31 degrés, ce qui est beaucoup trop froid pour bénéficier des bienfaits d'un Jacuzzi. Par ailleurs le sauna et le hammam ne sont accessibles que de 16h à 20h, horaire un peu limité.
