Hotel is quite old fashioned with dated decor throughout with no A/C in the suite we had so it was very warm at all times . The suite was massive with plenty of room but a small double bed was weird as didn’t fit the bed surround. Bathroom again was huge but dated . Terrace of the suite photo below . The staff were excellent at every interaction from check in to check out. All very professional and attentive . Good food in the bar 27 attached to the hotel with generous portion sizes . Breakfast was perfectly ok in the main restaurant but the room itself was very warm so sit away from the buffet if you can ! We wouldn’t return to this hotel but jersey itself was a delight .

We stayed at the best western initially for 3 days, in a room that had its own terrace which was lovely. We decided to extend our stay an extra 2 days as we were having such a good time. Extra credit to Nelson and Bob for organising our extended stay and being on hand for anything we needed! They are an asset to the hotel! The food served in the restaurant and bar is second to none and the portion sizes are very generous too. Overall a great experience!

The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The food at the hotel was priced competitively and delicious. The bar was really nice to have a drink as well as nice bar food. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant polite helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent being within easy walking distance to the town centre and sea front. I would highly recommend this hotel and when we return to Jersey we will be rebooking to stay here

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff are amazing,friendly, polite and very helpful. The food in the bar was outstanding and staff went out of their way to accommodate my gluten free diet. Same at breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

We have stayed at this hotel many many times and we keep coming back because the service from the manager and all his staff is second to none helpful friendly.The room we had was fantastic.our friend lives close by which is a short walk into town.Hopefully we will be back soon .

My wife and I always stay at this hotel, the staff are friendly and attentive, the hotel is well located to the town centre, bar meals and selection of drinks are well priced and good quality. It's always nice to return to a hotel and the staff remember you and greet you by name.

Great hotel ,Great staff,Great food ,Great atmosphere we loved our stay at the Best Western only one little negative the beds were a bit on the small side but it’s a fabulous Hotel and just a short walk to the town centre for fabulous shopping.
