Séjour agréable , personnels très professionnel et accueillant Cependant qques correction dans les chambres sont à vérifier... Plaque qui nous ai resté dans les doigts, plaque venu en débranchant le sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain, et prise informatique qui sort sous la TV. Les naissances sonores le lundi matin férié perceuse dans les chambres à 10 h

. Worst place we’ve ever stayed in because of the service! We went away for my mother’s recovery because of her broken hip, she sent an email planning everything, more specifically her birthday. Requests made for this day were completely ignored and not answered! When my mother arrived in the airport she had to wait 45 minutes for the taxi to arrive. Another instance was where she had gone out to dinner with my father and when they were meant to leave they waited an hour, the taxi didn’t arrive and my father had to push my mother 1.5 miles to get back to the hotel. This happened a second time when I arrived we went out for food, we had to wait 45 minutes where we were told to wait another 20 minutes, we decided to get an Uber instead and got it in 2. We then ordered room service because my mother can’t walk far due to the injury, the first time it arrived an hour and a half late. Now on her birthday, we ordered lunch, it arrived 2 hours late, we were told that food was prioritised for people who ate at the restaurant, with my mother not being able to move very far this wasn’t possible. On her birthday my mother was crying as she tried speaking to the reception, where she was completely ignored and told they couldn’t do anything to help. I would advise to anyone looking to stay here do not expect any of the staff to accommodate anyone disabled, despite this being a 5 star hotel and the whole reason for us coming to this place. If my mother was mobile enough she would happily move to another hotel

Nothing close to a Relais & Chateaux 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, nobody received our bags. We arrived at 4:30 and no food to offer until dinner time. The hallway to the room stinks! In my room, I opened up a Coca-Cola and it was old with no gas. The rooms are nice with a good view plus you have a terrace. Friendly staff and good parking lot.

Nice relais chateaux hotel with spacious very clean rooms. Excellent location with lagoon view. Very good restaurant with different menus. Exceptional dishes with local ingredients. The service was exceptionally good and attentive. the food was explained very nicely. the staff at the reception was very helpful. to return

Welcome on arrival excellent. Room looked fab with a huge terrace - a surprise upgrade I assumed (more of that later). Good room service cheese platter and wine after a late arrival. All was going so well until I had a shower the next morning and the bathroom started to flood which I put down to poor shower design. To avoid more flooding my husband took a bath and when it drained unfortunately it brought more water and waste from the toilet up the shower drain…………Long story short, we told reception who helpfully sent maintenance immediately, had breakfast and decided we wanted to leave a day early. Front desk couldn’t have been nicer and more apologetic. On checking the bill I found that we’d been charged for an upgrade which I was unaware I had requested (I had looked at the option on an email but decided not to go ahead). After the intervention of the manager that charge was removed. We weren’t charged for our early departure. All in all an unpleasant experience (having to retrieve my things from the bathroom with excrement floating across the floor is not something I ever want to repeat). That said, the staff were all apologetic and helpful - especially the poor maintenance man who spent a while trying to unblock the plumbing. The interior of the hotel and the room is very nice however the hotel suffers from being in a 70’s style building which isn’t very attractive.

I never review anything. This place is exceptional. The staff is very accommodating, happy and seem to like their jobs. The room was adorable. So many fun and thoughtful details throughout. We had the 7 course lunch at the restaurant with a wine pairing. Everything was local and cooked to perfection. Many of the courses had fun surprises. It’s amazing they don’t have a Michelin star. We especially loved the wine. This local region has some hidden gem wine makers and this hotel has figured out how to showcase them beautifully. The Sommelier knew his stuff. The thalasso therapy pool on the roof was a real treat and it had an adjacent hammam steam room. We will be back and I recommend this place all day long.

Lovely welcome worthy of 5 stars. Restaurant and dinner worthy of 5 star. Bar a bit slow on service but manageable. However, certain points (okay, small but make the difference) need to be addressed. Sunday morning, no milk for breakfast ??? And bacon was so cold it was uneatable. We went at 9am not 10 am, surely someone should have sorted that out from opening of the breakfast buffet. Toilet roll, sorry but had softer at Carrefour toilets!. Will not stop us going back but do hope to see an improvement. The first time we went to this hotel was about 30 years ago. Something nice to do every few years but you are in a very competitive market…

My wife and I travel about 30 to 45 nights per year and stay at Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, InterContinental hotels primarily, We occasionally stay at Relais & Chateaux properties. In all of my travels, I have never met a hotel manager that makes more of an effort to ensure that guests have a perfect stay. When their laundry service provider was closed, Franck had the housecleaning team do our laundry. It came back perfectly folded at a very fair price. He brought out an ice bucket if he saw us at the pool with a bottle of water. He checked in with us throughout our stay to personally ensure that we were happy. Gregory, the bartender, was a very talented mixologist, He also had great wine recommendations and was an all-around great guy: everything you want in a bartender. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The person who checked us in made us feel immediately welcomed and seated us outside at a lovely location with a glass of sparkling wine. He let us unwind for a while before he began check in- a very classy detail that I have only seen at Claridge's in London. The Newport Suite was beautiful and had a subdued elegance. The hotel itself is a very warm form of elegant modern that the French do so well. The food and wine were delightful. I'm not saying that everything was perfect. There were a few small hiccups. The difference here was that Franck and his team always gave it their best effort to make our stay perfect and always corrected the small problems and then went above and beyond. We will definitely be back! e tiens à vous faire partager mon avis sur notre séjour de quatre nuits à l'île de la Lagune.  Ma femme et moi passons entre 30 et 45 nuits aux hôtels du style Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, InterContinental, les vôtres. En pensant à tous mes voyages, je n'ai jamais rencontré un directeur d'hôtel qui fasse autant d'effort que Franck LaPorte pour faire en sorte que notre séjour soit parfait.  Lorsque nous étions à la piscine, il a vu que nous avions amené une bouteille d'eau.  Il est revenu quelques minutes plus tard avec un seau avec des glaçons.  J'ai vu pendant tout le séjour qu'il faisait le même effort avec chaque client.  Le monsieur à réception a communiqué à Franck que nous avons besoin du pressing.  Puisque c'était le weekend, le prestataire de service était fermé.  Franck a donc demandé à son équipe de le faire à un prix très juste.  La cuisine était excellente.  Le barman, Gregory, était très doué et très sympathique.  Le directeur du restaurant nous a fait déguster les vins de la région.   En bref, Franck et l'équipe que j'ai mentionnée ont fait de leur mieux pour que nous passions une très agréable visite à leur hôtel.   Je voudrais publier mon avis sur votre site, si vous pouvez m'envoyer le lien pour en faire.   Cordialement,
