Days Inn by Wyndham St Cloud

When I pulled up to the hotel, it smelt like pot and inside the hotel it smelt really back like pot all over the hotel. The person checking me in hardly said a word. I had to go back to the desk twice because the room key didn't work also. I got to the room and there was no clock or towels in the room. There was no breakfast at all as advertised either. Very disappointed in way the hotel has went down hill the past few years.

There were Bedbugs. Crawling all over the pillows. Checked out immediately. Front desk did not even act surprised. Just a nonchalant “ sorry” and gave me a refund. He was going to go check the room, but I had video. He just said OK. I suspect it’s a common occurrence. I just wanted a few hours sleep ☹️

I don't recommend this place to anyone really. THEY REQUIRED A $100 DEPOSIT! Most the places I have stayed in run your card and only use it if needed. This place took money from my account and held it. Then I only received $80 of it back 5 days later, with no explanation. I called and asked and they claimed I stained their sheets. I was solo and so tired all I did was sleep. Thankfully my bank was able to get it back! My room was not very clean, floor was kinda sticky, toilet and sink a little dirty. A week after my stay here all I felt like was that I got scammed!

Could tell that they were undergoing renovations, so tried to be forgiving. However, one of the front doors appeared to be hanging on for dear life. The reception at the desk was very kind and accommodating. The room was surface clean, bedding was clean and in good condition, bathroom was clean but could tell it had been a while since things had been 'deep cleaned'. But the carpets were very worn and stained. No hair dryer, air throughout the hotel was very stale and it felt like it needed a good 'airing out'. The swimming pool was closed for renovations. We were out for most of the evening, and returned rather late at night. None of the side or back entrances were accessible by using our room card, so we had to walk around the building to the front entrance. Absolutely NO security at that entrance---the doors did not need key card to access, and there was NO ONE at the front desk to monitor who was coming in. (there was a note w a phone number to call if you needed assistance). We went straight to our room and made extra sure the door was securely LOCKED. Will not be staying here again---very disappointed (and thankful nothing awful happened)

Most places run your card and only use it if needed, this place takes money from your account instantly and holds it and then plays games. The room was not clean, floor sticky, toilet and sink dirty. First place I stayed at where I truly feel scammed and actually kinda was!

Rooms are clean but that is it!!! Picture not on walls sitting on desk same for the tv. Air conditioner was so loud we could not use it. I’ve machine didn’t work(non of them) coffee was cold at all times we went to Walmart and got breakfast not a single place to sit outside. Pictures online are a lie!!! Do not stay here!!!!

Advertised as free breakfast but all you get is a coffee and small pre-package muffin that you can squeeze it to a small golf ball size. Internet/TV doesn't work, Door key card doesn't work, I was told to wiggle the card and after a few attempts it will work. Old place and looks dirty. I don't recommend staying here, find other place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! Talk about False advertising! There was no breakfast, (I don't consider a squashed muffin breakfast) no pool, no cable tv, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, no fridge...OMG! Wyndham should drop this hotel immediately!!

No internet No TV First room had messy bathtub and only a bath towel, now hand towel or wash cloth Run down and needs good cleaning The help tried to help by changing to a better room clean bathroom and towels but still now TV internet WIFI Should have canceled this motel and moved to another but being tired and not knowing my way around I stuck it out. My mistake.
