Super 8 by Wyndham St Charles

Evening clerk was exceptionally nice and I was it was grateful as I was from out of town and my party wasn't able to meet me at the airport he definitely called my nerves down

This is not a posh hotel, but the staff makes sure that hospitality is their focus. Rooms are clean. People are eager to help. Everything works. Price is good. And the location is perfect for getting to other things -- just a block off I-70.

wont accept Wyndham rewards, or AAA for discount staff says boss is loosing money on remodel and will fire us. The breakfast closed 15 minutes early. The fire alarm beeped in room all night. Was awoke 7 am to maintenance replacing tv that did not work! Key to door had to be reprogrammed before we could get in. And I dont care attitude from staff!

Very good motel. For the money, you can't beat it. Best Super 8 I've ever stayed at. Safe neighborhood, clean room, good bed and very good breakfast.

This place is underrated with a name like Siper 8.Kind staff throughout our stay.We had a nice, clean room that was surprisingly affordable.The tv channels were endless,coffee was always fresh,and the location is spot on.The pool didn't seem to be enjoyed by many,but we took advantage twice during our stop.The male employee at the desk really made our stay feel like we were with family so we will stop again.

Night staff was very nice. Morning staff is the most unprofessional group I have ever experienced during my travels. Lady manager was clearly on ***** and not making sense. Dirty rooms, nothing wiped down, cobwebs in the corners, wouldn’t use the shower if you paid me. We were booked through the weekend but found a much better hotel right down the road after one night there. Skip this place if you can.

I hate getting hotels at a different state because I had a bad experience not once but twice. So Super8 is one of the old hotels chains and I was a little skeptical. But to my surprise this particular Super8 was above and beyond. From the front counter desk, to the hall ways and into my room. The friendly smiles that great you, and counter window was clean and welcoming, smell like homie air freshness and my room was the greatest surprise. It was clean, bathroom was so clean, bed was comfortable and soft and I had WiFi with Cable. How is that for a 5 star view. I love this location.

My stay was absolutely perfect. They staff were amazing. My room was great. The pool was open and clean for my family to enjoy. Breakfast was hot and ready. Ten out of ten recommend. We will definitely be back to stay.

This was the most disgusting motel. I have many pictures of the filth and mold in the room. If we had not drove 16 hours and it was not getting dark we would have NEVER stayed here. Since it was a Wyndham approved motel I assumed it would be ok. This motel needs to be reported to Missouri Health and Environment.
