Very beautiful 2-family house "Le Forum de la Mer", 2 storeys. 2 km from the centre of Saint Aygulf, in a quiet position, 1.9 km from the sea, 3.7 km from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: natural state property 1'100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 95 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Unconventional pool shape. Parking at the house at 2 m. Shop 1.7 km, shopping centre 7 km, 30 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Saint-Aygulf La Poste" 1.2 km, railway station "Fréjus" 8 km, sandy beach "Saint Aygulf" 1.7 km pebble beach "Calanque de Saint Aygulf" 1.9 km, park "Areca" 2 km, diving center 8 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 8 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, sailing school 8 km, riding stable 3 km, sports centre 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand, Luna Park 7 km, Fréjus 8 km, Saint Rapahael 10 km, St Tropez 30 km, Cannes 47 km, Nice 73 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Auron, Isola 2000 150 km.
