In the resort 200 m from the centre of Saint Aygulf, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: garden 1 ha (fenced) with plants and flowers, parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, shopping centre 4.5 km, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Saint-Aygulf La Poste" 350 m, railway station "Fréjus" 5 km, sandy beach "La Galiotte" 1 km, shingle beach "Calanque des Louvans" 30 m, park "ARECA" 800 m, diving center 6 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 6 km. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, sailing school 7 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand, Lunapark 5 km, Fréjus 6 km, St Raphael 8 km, St Tropez 29 km, Cannes 47 km, Nice 71 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Auron, Isola 2000 150 km. Die Lage der sehr schön angelegten Wohnanlage direkt am Strand ist grandios! Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat ein große Terasse mit Meerblick. Negativ aufgefallen sind uns die Sauberkeit des Bodens - der könnte zwischen den einzelne
