In the complex: lift. Roofed, parking. Shop 350 m, shopping centre 5 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Grand Parc" 130 m, railway station "Fréjus" 6 km, sandy beach "Plage du Grand Boucharel" 1 km, park "Areca" 50 m, diving center 7 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 6 km. Sports harbour 500 m, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, sailing school 7 km, riding stable 1 km, sports centre 500 m. Almost perfection! The calm and beauty of the place were great, the proximity to the beach and fantastic shops. The missing air conditioning and a poorly equipped kitchen are just the weak points.

with the advantages and disadvantages of the ground floor...crossing south/north the outdoor equipment is not suitable for 4 people...very small table on the kitchen side and on the living room side. .2 deckchairs ... 10 clothes pegs ... overlooked on the

Location agréable à 10 minutes de la plage,des magasins et restaurants. Un petit problème manque de batterie de vaisselle.
