In the resort, 200 m from the centre, in the residential district, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: park (fenced), swimming pool angular fenced (seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Children's pool. In the complex: lift. Roofed, parking. Shop 350 m, shopping centre 5 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Grand Parc" 260 m, railway station "Fréjus" 6 km, sandy beach 500 m, park "Areca" 100 m, diving center 6 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 6 km. Close to Calanques, shopping, going out, park for playing petanque, all within walking distance. The object itself is in good condition, but the pool is well-kept without loungers.
