Agustin Inn - Saint Augustine - Adults Only

Wonderful place.... In the heart of everything.. Best location ever!! Love this place sooo much. Our third stay. Each room is unique. Comfortable. Clean. We have loved each room. This was our fav. We had the room with the front balcony. Owner is kind & caring.. Reasonable price..

Such a wonderful place to stay at,as you are right in the middle of the city! You can walk to almost everything. There were two problems with the location though...it's hard to drive to!! Very narrow streets and parking is almost non existent. There is a small parking lot across from the inn. Park there to unload. They will then direct you to a parking lot several streets away, but it's a short walk back. And the night life can get pretty loud, depending on your room. I liked it, but some might find it hard to get to sleep. If you like quaint, unique, and cozy, you will love the rooms. Everyone gets a porch or balcony and chairs to sit and relax. The room was clean and inviting, and there were lots of fluffy pillows. You can't control the A/C, but it was very comfortable and cool. There's an elevator if needed, too! There is a coffee and tea station on every floor. A nice breakfast is included, and you can eat outside or inside. You are served by the sweetest people. Actually, that stands out above all else, the people that work there. They are so nice and accommodating, and try to meet all your needs I couldn't walk very far due to medical issues, and they found us a really close parking space! Some little areas are still being repaired from the last big hurricane, and it is an older building. But we found it charming and enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay at Agustin Inn! It's a charming place and in a great location. It's right in the heart of St Augustine and so easy to walk just about anywhere. It also was private and a nice place to come back to at the end of the night. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Each floor had a coffee maker which I was happy with since I need my coffee when I first wake up. All of the staff we met were very friendly and wanted us to be happy and enjoy our stay. The breakfast was delicious and served to you either at the inside tables or outside. The parking is offsite but you are able to initially park right across from the Inn and unload your bags. Then you move your vehicle and walk back. The walk was not far. We didn't move our vehicle after, there was no need as everything was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

This Inn was great!! The rooms were a good size, the bed and pillows we're comfortable. It had all the amenities needed. Barbara was super. She was very nice, kept an open line of communication, and very accommodating. The location was amazing!! You.could walk anywhere. We definitely want to come back and stay here in the future. Thank you.

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The owner is sweet and the breakfast is tasty. This is the only place we stay in St. Augustine. If you don't enjoy music, book somewhere else, because there's a pub behind the inn playing mostly country until late. We loved it, but if you're a light sleeper or prefer somewhere quiet, this isn't for you.

The place is clean, nice views (that have balconies) breakfast time is amazing and tasty, staff is great also, bed is soft and nice, everything is walking distance, loved the fact the door is not a scanner is an actual key, location is right spot on to the fort you will Walk maybe 1/4 of a mile, we will come Back for sure

We go to St. Augustine just about every year for my birthday in December. We stayed here in December 2019 and I fell in love and could not wait to get back. We actually booked this stay in December 2022 to make sure we could get a room since my birthday is during the Nights of Lights festival. On Friday night, my girlfriend swore she felt drips of water on her face throughout the night - we chalked it up to her sleeping directly under the A/C vent. Worse than that, was the level of noise coming from the "cafe" directly behind the Inn...we were in room #13 (as you can see in my picture, makes no mention of noise from the neighboring cafe) and it was so unbelievably loud well up until midnight or later. No big deal - it eventually calmed down and we slept. We made mention of the music to Roseanna the next morning and commented on how surprised we were to which she replied "That music is going to be the death of me - it's supposed to stop at 11pm." Fast forward to around 4pm - my girlfriend went up to the room to take a nap and found the room to be incredibly warm. Turns out, the A/C unit went out it and it was 78 degrees in the upstairs hallway. We immediately brought it to the attention of staff downstairs, but I guess Agustin does not have standby maintenance to attend to their guests as it was not fixed or addressed at all. No big deal, we thought - we'll turn the ceiling fan on to keep air moving in the room. Fast forward to 10ish pm and we return from dinner and strolling around town to find our bed completely soaked. There was water steadily dripping from the ceiling fan and our entire bed was soaked, the floor was wet and water had literally flown onto the bathroom mirror - luckily, it missed our clothes and luggage. We call the emergency number immediately and Roseanna answered right away and sent housekeeping to come change out our bed. We obviously had to turn the ceiling fan off and it was still 76 degrees in the upstairs hallway, and she was unable to provide any sort of portable fan. She suggested opening the doors and windows and I had to remind her that the music was so unbearably loud that we were unable to do that. She was unable to move us to another room and with it being 10:30 on a Saturday night in St. Augustine, there was nowhere else for us to go. We contemplated driving home, but Roseanna stated that she would refund us for the stay Saturday night, so this made us feel better about staying for the night instead of taking the 3.5 hour drive home that late on a Saturday night. The music finally stopped around 12:30am (we have timestamped video of it restarting at around 11:30pm), so we attempted to open the door only to hear the sound of a bar fight in the parking lot behind us and the bars/restaurants tossing out beer bottle trash, so we had to close it again leaving us with no air circulation. Needless to say, we were utterly exhausted, frustrated, and most of all disappointed as I had been looking forward

Very comfortable, well appointed room. Location was perfect! Staff was very friendly. We arrived early and they sent us a text when the room was ready. While we did not make it in time for breakfast because we slept in, the lobby smelled fabulous, so we must have missed out!

We absoulty loved this place. Very close to all the shopping,and entertaiment.Breakfast was to die for..it was sooooo good.The staff were very nice.Now if you want brand new, dont stay here, this building is old with a lot of character, We wanted to stay somewhere that has a little history to it I was plentiful surprise when I wound a white noise maker in it..BONUS...For sure would stay here again.LUV LUV LUVED IT
