Accommodations: Our recently renovated and redecorated condo is a testament to our love for the beach and the St. Augustine area, which we frequent several times a month. Nestled on the second and third stories, this condo boasts two fully furnished balconies overlooking the ocean and one of the two pools. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or a delightful dinner, these balconies offer the perfect backdrop. Inside, our well-equipped kitchen comes with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils for your convenience. The kitchen's cold-water tap is filtered for both drinking and cooking. After a day at the beach or pool, relax indoors while watching cable on the 55” HD TV. If you need a break from the family fun downstairs, retreat to the master bedroom, equipped with a 42” HD TV and a king-sized bed. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle, making it perfect for families or groups. For your convenience, we provide ample linens which include towels, beach towels, and an initial set of toiletries. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. If you happen to forget any essentials, a grocery store and Target are just a short distance away. We also offer beach toys, board games, and two beach chairs for your enjoyment. Access: Our condo offers hassle-free self-check-in via keypad. The community features a gate that requires an access code for added security. Two parking tags are included with your rental. Please ensure they are visible to avoid any towing issues. Notes: • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. • Motorhomes, trailers, boats, jet skis, and other recreational equipment are not permitted. • Additional county/community policies will be outlined in the rental agreement.
