The hotel is nicely-themed, quite close to the zoo and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, we did not enjoy our stay because the staff treated us like criminals. We had no intention whatsoever to eat at the buffet dinner because we didn't fancy the food at all. Food at the restaurant is pretty average (both dinner and breakfast). We took our kids to eat there because the kids eat early and that's the easiest option. We already explained that to the staff upon entering the restaurant. At the end of the meal, they wanted to charge us for sitting there with the kids. Long argument ensued. After that dinner, we got the feeling that we had been singled out, so that everywhere we went, staff treated us like criminals (attitudes, tones etc). They even attempted to sneakily put the dinner tab on our final invoice at checkout (despite having agreed not to do so the previous night). Unbelievable. We've never been treated like this in any other hotels around the world. It ruined our mood for the visit. My advice - avoid this hotel. If you must stay there due to proximity to the zoo, don't even bother with the buffet. You're not missing anything. And check your bill carefully to make sure there is no mistake. I will never go back.

Un séjour de 2j/nuit avec visite du Parc, un pur régale, une propreté irréprochable malgré des gens qui ne font pas d'efforts. Un grand chapeau a toutes les équipes !!
