The experience was disappointing. The linens were not clean, and the rooms had a noticeable unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, this fell short.

Room is in worst condition, bathroom are worst, bed sheets are very dirty. Bathroom gyzer is not working. And the property is not hotel this building has offices and there is no kitchen.

It was very bad experience with the property, location and the amenities. We have finalized the hotel after checking all the information provided but the reality is different, more than 80% of amenities are not provided.

Location: only thing to be delighted about. Food: no restaurant service available, however their is a cafe which serves stale food. Menu of room service is kept in room to decisive guests. Amenities: horrific experience. There is a list of havocs-
toilet flush not working. One has to use a bucket to maintain essential hygiene. When requested to change room, it is not done at all. There is no dressing table lamp. Tv dth not recharged, when requested, they bluntly tell you on face. It cannot be done. Room cleanliness is pathetic. When you ask for extra bed, they remind you of cost. When you tell the reception to get you a bottle of water, they remind you of additional cost. When you ask for extra bed they provide you torn bedsheet & double bedsheet in the name of blanket. There is no room service. Better stay in lodge rather than this place.
