This is the Suite room, the hotel's second most expensive offering. Unfortunately, several issues were encountered during the stay: the air conditioning was not functioning, the kettle was inoperative, and the bathtub was broken. Additionally, the food provided was below average, and room service was exceptionally slow. The bathroom amenities were of poor quality, and there was no hot water available in the morning. Overall, the room was not adequately cleaned, leading to a disappointing experience.

The rooms were not at all upto the mark…we changed our room almost 3-4 times and ac was not working…water was leaking from ac unit and service was very poor overall very bad experience

The room furniture , walls had wear and tear, were not upto average standard, the floor mat was disgusting soiled. cleanness was missing. The washroom was too small, the toilet seat located in a crunched space right behind door , it gave a claustrophobic feeling.

no person appeared to welcome. Even the rooms were given in short period, it was horrible. Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned at all. Bad dusty smell in the room. Bed sheets are full of hair particles. So called new towels are kept with the dustbin. No choices in dinner and breakfast and doubt about the hygiene. Can not recommend to any body even a short stay

The checkin was OK. Then the room was clean, fridge did not work, which is not a problem. The service was terrible. as everything needs 4-5 calls to get it done. Dinner was OK. The next day I left for work. Gave the key back at reception and asked them to clean. Back at night to a uncleaned room, when I asked then 1,2,3 time they said it will be done in 10 x = 30 min. Then they said it will not happen as staff was "busy", The breakfast was awful. The staff was busy sun basking near the window. Ask for a glass of water they will point to which ever corner it was lying and you will have to bring it yourself.
As a regular user why do you make your clients experience around in bad hotels.

Not friendly even on medical concerns. I have made a booking on 22nd feb, right after 5 min, i had to cancel it due my sudden medical emergency. Didn't receive any helpful response from hotel end. I believe only money is matter in the business but the not services.
