Super 8 by Wyndham Saginaw

The room I was in 110 had a roach in it, yuck I checked out and told the front desk immediately, she said she'd let the manager know

It was the convenience of all the stores shopping centers and restaurants. They also had dry breakfast such as cereal and bagels they also had oatmeal and yogurt and coffee and orange juice no complaints. Owners will also very nice. Nice big yard for your pets

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The property is not in good shape with doors that don't fit and carpet that has not been laid properly. Minimal breakfast.

Hidden fees not disclosed until card on file. Water damage in room. Unfriendly staff. Holes in blankets. Very run down.

The fire alarms went off every 2 hours the first night. The rooms are not cleaned during the day. The "breakfast" area and I use the term loosely, was too small and not clean. The card readers and locks on the exterior door did not work so anyone form the outside could get into the hallway and have access to all the rooms. This is not good when we had 10 teenage students staying there. The staff was just flat out rude.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now. It is older, but we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. We found the entire staff very friendly and accommodating from early check in, to extra room supplies, always helpful. The breakfast I would rate as better than a lot of higher end hotels we have stayed at. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here, just remember it is an older hotel and not fancy.

This place is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Door was obviously kicked in before, bathroom wall was falling apart, floor was damp, mold in hallway, AC unit smelled, and the whole place smelled of stale smoke. It was so gross all I did was sleep and leave, didn't even want to brush my teeth or drink the water. Why did I stay here you ask? Well, the hotel I had booked cancelled my reservation due to some power issue and there were no other hotels with vacancy nearby and it was 9p and I needed to be up at 6a. Why not ask for a new room? I was told I booked the second to last room and the guy behind booked the last, so what good would it do. Management was less than helpful or sympathetic. Super 8/Wyndham should revoke its franchise license and so should the city/county, there are definite security and health issues at this establishment.

Needs to be updated, carpeting didn’t look clean, something on ceiling in room. Bathroom area could use sink in room rather then taking up space in bathroom and it was low more for a handicapped or short person. Staff was nice, few more options for breakfast

Couldn't check in until 7 because we had a "pet room". Couldn't use backdoor because the card reader no longer worked. Charge a deposit on top of the room fee that isn't disclosed until check in. Allow guests to get high behind building where you walk your dog. When you show concern for your safety you are told it is their right to do ***** behind building. Double charged our pet fee and are refusing to refund. Carpets and bathroom floors dirty.
