This charming family run hotel is a true jewel in the Swiss Alps. Every detail has been covered. Sumptuous breakfast. Exceptional 5 course evening meal. Perfect for both winter sports and Summer hiking. Immaculate bookable sauna, with cutain shower and relaxing day beds.

Wow!!! What a wonderful family run hotel this is. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel most welcome by the fanatic staff at this hotel. The service here was second to none. Rooms were clean , warm with lovely bedding and our room had a newly refurbished bathroom. Breakfasts were plentiful and our evening meals were outstanding. The chef here was turning out food of the highest standard every night. The maître D would come around and check if everything was well with our stay and made us feel very special everyday. We as a family, will definitely be back to stay here soon. .

Nothing really bad and nothing really amazing Rooms are comfortable without being over the top Great bed sheets Good breakfast Staff is not really warm Ski local is good with possibility to leave them right below slopes Considering the price some extra mile could be done such as using the hotel shuttle to drive guests whilst public shuttle are overloaded

This family run hotel is an absolute treasure. We have been coming for several years and can't get enough of the warm atmosphere and quality rooms and meals. The sauna is a big plus as well. Conveniently located, next to the town centre, ski slopes and the parking. Thank you for several years of your hospitality!

The family who own and run the Hotel Allalin have been providing lovely accommodations for many years. This time my partner brought along a virus and was in bed for our entire stay. The spacious room with balcony, its modern appointments and cleanliness and the elegant, delicious 5-course dinners were all perfect, despite the circumstances. Familie Zurbriggen, along with the entire hotel staff, were kind, thoughtful and accommodating throughout. We look forward to returning to Saas-Fee and the Hotel Allalin.

We spent a week at the Hotel Allalin in September and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. It is situated close to the centre of the village and the chair lifts up the mountains so was ideal for us as walkers. The staff were very approachable and friendly and the general facilities were immaculate. We went half board and the food at breakfast and dinner times was extremely good, varied , fresh and tasty. The room was spotlessly clean and the cleaners made up the room daily. We had a balcony with a little table and chairs in our room which was on the top floor. There was a very short flight of stairs to get to our room from the top lift but we had no access problems. When we go back to Saas Fee in the future we will definitely try to come back to this hotel.

This is a first class, family run hotel. Everything about the Allalin says quality including the food and the superior rooms. Members of the owning family are always present to ensure that everything is of the highest standard. They are also happy to offer advice on trips and walking options. Saas Fee is a beautiful alpine village which provides excellent walking opportunities, assisted by a good local transport infrastructure.

Hotel Allalin was the perfect choice for our stay in Saas Fee. Ideally centrally located for the Hannnig gondola, shops and bus station. The hotel had such a relaxed atmosphere with its friendly staff, lovely rooms and spacious gardens with views looking straight across to the mountains. The food was also extremely good. Breakfast always had plenty of choice and the evening meals were both varied and so well presented. We also liked it that on some evenings the patriarch of what is a family run hotel would spend time walking round in the dining room talking individually to the guests about their experiences and also his own when up in the mountains. We would certainly recommend this hotel.
