Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, all staff are friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and choices were fantastic. The pool is good and again spotless. Would like a special mention for Weylish and all the team at night for making sure our glasses didn't run dry.

Well situated for buses in any direction and the food is fresh and plentiful. I booked all inclusive for the first time in Mallorca but only because there was a deal and it was cheaper than half board. No way I could manage 3 meals a day at the hotel and there are cafes and bars everywhere. Entertainment most nights in the hotel and the concierge/reception desk speak various languages well. So do the dining room staff. I wouldn't say the swimming pool would amuse kids older than 7 or 8 but it's adequate for adults and younger kids. Plenty of sunbeds and the animation team doesn't get all up in your face if you want to be left alone but there's a few activities throughout the day if you want to join in. Very quiet, very pleasant, I'd definitely consider booking again if the price was right. I hired a scooter through the front desk and they let me charge it in the lobby without a fuss. Can't take scooters upstairs though.

What can I say!! Home from Home!! We come here every year .. sometimes twice. Absolutely love it, the food is lovely, you never go hungry! Staff are so helpful, can’t do enough for you… they are amazing all of them. Rooms are very clean … lovely view from balcony! Plenty of bars and shops around the hotel … well worth a visit! Will definitely be back!

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this Hotel. It s a really lovely hotel, situated near the beach, a short walk. Lots of shops nearby. Our room was excellent, however we were disappointed not to have a walk-in shower, the shower screen made it a little awkward to access the shower. But our view was excellent, watching the sea activities and panorama. The food was really good, plenty of variety. The staff were lovely, always smiling and helpful. Entertainment was fine, mixed as you would expect. The pool was quite busy, but managed to have a swim. My Husband had to get up sadly to put the towel down, to be sure of a place. All in all we were really pleased and would recommend.

This is a perfectly honest review. We spent 15 nights at this hotel, in June. In no way shape or form is this a 4* hotel. Let's start with the positives. The staff here are very good. All very friendly and helpful. I could not criticise one of them. The public areas are lovely. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. However, the rooms are definitely NOT 4*. Very dated and tired looking. Gorgeous view from our balcony, but this did not overshadow the state of the bathroom. There were scratches in the bottom of the bath, but worse than that, the shower and its fittings were very very rusty. I don't go on holiday to spend a lot of time in the room, but when you're paying for a 4* hotel, there are certain things you do expect. They only have a couple of English channels on the TV, so thank God the weather was good. Now to the food. The only time I've experienced worse food than this was in Egypt, which is notoriously bad for food. They definitely do not cater too much for British tastes, and the quality of the food was dire. At breakfast, we had to take our own teabags, as they had every kind of herbal tea, but no English breakfast tea, or anything like it. No proper sausages or bacon, and on the few occasions they served hash browns, they weren't cooked properly. Mushrooms were so strongly flavoured with garlic, they would make your eyes water. And who wants battered courgettes for breakfast? Evening meals are a different theme each night. On Mexican night, it would have been nice if they served a vegetable chilli as well as a chilli con carne. The chicken for the fajitas was mixed in with the vegetables, but the chicken looked so gristly, you wouldn't want to put it in your mouth. Casseroles were full of fatty meat and bones. All the ingredients in the food seemed to be the cheapest of the cheap. I am quite an adventurous eater, and will try most things if the quality is good, but it wasn't. And it all tasted very bland. I have stayed in hotels all over Majorca, some only 3* , and the food in these 3* hotels has been better quality and variety than here. I know that there are a lot of people that give a glowing review for the food at this hotel, but believe me, I'm telling the truth. Try it at your own peril. I will be adding photos to this review. The lovely staff, and beautiful public areas do not make up for what is wrong with both the rooms, and the food, and I would not return to this hotel . They should be catering to all nationalities tastes, and the quality needs to improve massively. We paid for a 4* all inclusive holiday, and ended up eating out for .most of our 2nd week.

Myself and my sister stayed here for 5 nights, only got back yesterday and we had the BEST time! We would’ve stayed longer if we could’ve! The hotel is beautiful and well kept, the staff are all lovely and the food is great. Our room was perfect - spacious, clean and we had a sea view. The locals are also really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fab, right by the beach, shops, bars & restaurants and there is a taxi pick-up point right outside the hotel for getting around if you want to. We felt nothing but safe, welcome and happy here, if you’re planning a visit to Sa Coma this is the place you need to stay for sure, it’s such a nice little town - thank you for having us!☺️
