Fabulous hotel nothing any trouble ,once they sorted it needed Gluten free they would come out with a tray of bread etc ,staff very friendly, Spanish tax and little bit more then expected, kids entertainment we felt was a bit late ,adult entertainment bit rubbish, but otherwise lovely area & hotel x

First time in Mallorca. A lovely hotel and very good value. . Great views from my balcony and a clean spacious room. The food was very good (buffet with a huge choice) . Loved the fish and seafood and local specialties. I would recommend the house cava and vino rosado.A range of activities on offer: my group enjoyed the tennis, archery, shooting and darts. The staff were all excellent: friendly, helpful and professional. Gracias!

Had a relaxing fortnight at this hotel, the reception staff were very helpful when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. We paid the tourist tax of €72 for 2 weeks ( you can pay by cash or card ) We are a couple in our seventies and just wanted a nice place to enjoy this beautiful island, we were not disappointed. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and loads of shops , bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We were Half Board which suits us perfectly. The food was good, plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner, always found something we liked so never went hungry. We paid for all our drinks at dinner including bottled water ( you have the option to charge this to your room and pay at the end of your stay) we found this was usually the case in other hotels previously as well. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was quite big and spotlessly clean . There was no kettle in the room but I had brought my own, there is a small fridge but no freezer compartment but that was ok. We hired the safe for our stay, €10 returnable deposit. The housekeeping staff were lovely, changed towels every day and bed linen when required. The pool area was great and kept clean regularly, no problems with sunbeds, always plenty available all day. Didn’t watch much of the hotel entertainment as we preferred to visit the local pubs where there was live music most nights. All in all we had a lovely holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely hotel. Thank you Marfil Playa.

Stayed here in August with my wife and 3 kids, for 10 nights. The main things to note are the Hotel is very clean and tidy, rooms cleaned everyday, corridors spotless. Pool very nice, good temperature with a Pool technician checking water quality everyday. Drinks and food on offer at the Pool bar just inside the hotel. Staff very friendly. Night entertainment not the best compared to other places I’ve been, but that’s no big deal for me. We were half board. Breakfast buffets was all the things you can imagine. Plenty of choice. Dinner again pretty good, and plenty of puddings to choose from. So nothing to complain about which is great. That’s all you want from your holiday. Were there some things I could pick on, a few, our room on the 6th floor above the main reception faced a very loud music bar that went into midnight evert night, unfortunately the patio doors to the balcony seemed pretty old and didn’t block out much of the noise. All in an all a really nice 10 days. Sa Coma is a really nice resort and although it could do with some finer touches, the Marfil Playa is a good hotel.

A last minute break with a friend. We arrived late and dinner had already finished. The hotel had kindly put on a small buffet selection for us, which was lovely. Rice, meat, salads, breads etc. Straight to the bar for a glass of fizz. And the fun started A lovely clean hotel. Food was really nice, and plentiful. Lots of choice. Cocktail list was great. Pool area was really nice. It wasn't too busy so always managed to get a sun lounger. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly. Beach was a very short walk away with lots of shops in the surrounding area. A nice relaxing beak at a clean, friendly hotel.

Just returned from 2 weeks in a pool view room with half board plus. Room on 3rd floor had a fantastic view over pool out to sea. Room was clean and fine for size for 2 adults & 12 year old - 3rd bed was a proper bed. Bathroom dated but clean and plenty hot water for showers. We all enjoyed breakfast & dinner and never struggled to find something to eat. Half board plus includes drink with evening meal. Pool was lovely - never had a problem getting a sun lounger, including in the afternoon. Played tennis which was €13 including racquets & balls for an hour. All staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Dominique, Guest Services who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The staff are all a credit to the hotel. Our only minor gripe wasn’t really hotels fault but chain smoker in adjoining room on our 2nd week spent all day & evening sitting on his balcony smoking. As non-smokers, it meant we didn’t want to sit in the fumes on balcony and had to keep balcony door shut which was a shame when we wanted to sit & relax on our balcony. We didn’t report it as you are entitled to smoke on balcony - just would’ve been nice if he’d left his room at some point!! All in all, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return to this hotel again. Sa Coma was a lovely resort too.
