Cm Mallorca Palace - Only Adults

Welcoming staff at reception, received a welcome drink which was a nice touch. It was nice that we didn’t have to queue to check in and were told to take a seat and came to us to check us in. Room was clean, spacious and had everything you’d need - safe, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, beach bag with beach towels, mini bar/fridge, large tv. Bed was creaky but comfortable. We liked how the toilet and bidet were separated off from the sink and large walk in shower. We had a large terrace overlooking the pool. Breakfast wasn’t bad, as a vegetarian - there were limited hot food options but there was plenty of pastries, bread, cakes, yoghurts, cereals and fruit. Location - a bit too quiet for us, a few mins walk to supermarkets, pharmacy and promenade where there are a few places to eat and a few souvenir shops. Saw a few hotels that have closed permanently and some areas felt run down and felt like we were in a ghost town. We hired a car so managed to explore the island - hotel does offer parking for €10 per day but we found free on street parking on all 3 days that we were there. Not sure what makes this a 5* but it didn’t feel luxurious enough to be a 5* and wouldn’t expect a creaky bed in a 5* hotel.

Forget everything you thought you new about Mallorca and let the Mallorca Palace wrap it’s arms around you. The staff are like family that work as a happy team to make a stay feel very special, just come to feel the welcome and the peace and quiet.

We spent 10 days at the CM Mallorca Palace, from the moment we stepped in through the door to the moment we left, we felt pampered and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It would be difficult to find fault, the food, entertainment, rooms, security, cleanliness, staff were all very good, although the pool is showing its age and could do with some minor maintenance, our only other negative comment would be the bed frames in the rooms squeak a lot! Otherwise a fab hotel which is close to shops, the beach, and set in lovely grounds.

An excellent hotel with a lovely ground floor room and terrace facing into the the wonderful pool and gardens. The restaurant buffet was excellent with a different varied choice each evening. The entertainment at night (usually singer/musician) was also of a high standard. Above all though, the thing that makes this a genuine 5 star hotel are the staff, they were all superb and genuinely want their guests to have a great time. I really can’t fault this hotel at all and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday.

10 day stay with friends. From the very moment we got dropped off at the door, we felt we were very welcome. A beautiful smell in the lobby area when you arrive A reed diffuser is available to purchase and it’s lovely! Concierge took our bags and a welcome drink on arrival. Everything was explained to us ,times of breakfast and dinner, pool times etc. we were room 1203 but all rooms are facing the pool. Breakfast choices were amazing We were breakfast only but purchased a 3 day package for evening meal at only 18€ per person per day Dinner was always a great choice. Plenty beds at pool . Our first week no one really put towels out early but by our second week this was happening early Pool towels are free and you get them changed from the life guard Mon wed and Fri Pool bar has a limited food menu but sufficient. My only annoying thing was lack of a plug at the bedside and maybe an upgrade to charging points would be better. Only a coffee machine no kettle but it does dispense water only so take teabags if you prefer as none were in the basket. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Bedding every other day I think. Aircon in room was ok but a bit noisy . Over all a fantastic experience all staff are very friendly and attentive.

Great stay at the Mallorca Palace. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were excellent and even though we were there early morning our rooms were ready to go. The junior suite was superb and very clean. Our grown up children chose a double / twin room which was also nice (not as nice a ls a suite obviously) The breakfast was excellent and lots of variety, however the toaster was rubbish and needs replacing please - The food for the whole week was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were very good (especially Santi he works so hard!) Overall an excellent Hotel with really nice facilities and a 10/10 enjoyable stay.
