The hotel itself is ok in good location what let's it down is the food and the noise. We had pool side room constant noise from 10am til after 11pm no where outside to get peace. The queue for drinks is too much silly little plastic glasses that are often cracked. The layout of the restaurant needs looking out. This is not a 4 star hotel

Great welcome on arrival, friendly staff, good size room, lots of food to choose from, great pool with drinks and snack bar. I minute from the beach and what an amazing beach it is. Bit of a trek from the airport but private transfer got us here in an hour.

Really enjoyed our time there. Lovely energetic animation team, large selection of drinks and food. Lots of families where there too so good mix. Room was clean and had a view to the sea. Hotel was basically at the beach so we had nice walks in the evening time. Boat tour kiosks were close by and we did a little trip out on one of the days. Also lots of shops nearby to pick up whatever was needed.

I stayed at Hotel Palia Sa Coma Playa and honestly had a really lovely time. The location is perfect – right by the beach and close to little shops and a nice promenade where you can go for walks. It’s a great spot if you want to relax but also have stuff nearby. The rooms aren’t super modern, but they’re really clean, spacious, and comfortable. I had everything I needed, and the balcony was a nice bonus. I slept really well there! The food was surprisingly good – lots of variety and tasty options at every meal. I never left the buffet hungry, and the snack bar by the pool was great for something quick during the day. One of the best parts was the animation team. They’re so full of energy and make the whole stay even more fun. There were games, aqua gym, and fun shows in the evening. You could really feel that they love what they do. All in all, it’s not a super fancy hotel, but it’s very charming, welcoming, and has everything you need for a great holiday. I’d definitely come back!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised because the price was very affordable, yet the experience exceeded my expectations. We were lucky to have great weather, and the hotel’s animation team kept us entertained, special mention to Marco and Letizia for these lovely days. What I loved the most was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of this area . Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic holiday at Palia Sa Coma Playa! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was ideal for a relaxing family getaway. The hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained, the food was varied and tasty, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. What really made our stay unforgettable was the animation team. They were full of energy, always smiling, and managed to create a warm and fun environment for guests of all ages. Our children especially looked forward to seeing them every day — they were truly the heart of our vacation experience. The Mini Club was absolutely amazing. Each day offered a great mix of creative activities, games, dancing, and lots of laughter. The animators took such good care of the kids and made sure everyone felt included and safe. It was clear they genuinely love what they do. Our children made so many memories there and were always excited to go back. A big thank you to the entire animation team — you made this holiday so special for our whole family. We’ll definitely be back!

Couldn’t really fault this hotel. We came for 4 nights, the food is brilliant… especially the pizzas WOW! We must have consumed dozens of pizzas over the 4 days. The rest of the food is great and fresh with lots of options. BEWARE the spirit pours are strong, I learnt to ask for small shots after the first day. The rooms are lovely and modern and clean with sea facing balconies. The only fault I have would be the beds, they’re not the comfiest however I’ve experienced harder beds in most European countries so I think this is universal issue. Would stay here again!!

Had a fantastic time here would greatly recommend, very good value for money with the all inclusive package, the food was good and plentiful, a very varied selection even the fussiest of eaters won't be hungry, the rooms are pleasant and comfortable the pool is big enough for everyone to have space and we'll kept and maintained. Everything you could ask for in a hotel, the beach is less then a minutes walk from the entrance and you can see the beautiful Mediterranean from anywhere in the hotel. But most importantly what made the experience truly exceptional was the staff! Nothing was too much trouble for them, everyone was keen to look after us and ensure we had the best possible time, everyone from the cleaners to the entertainers were engaging polite and friendly. We will be back next year! Thank you to the team!

This hotel is a beautiful located by the sea, with stunning views that enhance the experience. The food is delicious, featuring themed buffets that include Spanish, Asian, and Mexican delights; we’ve probably gained a couple of kg! Haha The drinks are excellent, and while the pool was a bit cold, that's normal for this time of year. The daytime and nighttime activities are a lot of fun, and we've really enjoyed playing with the entertainers. Although it's not a British hotel, we felt welcomed and included. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience.

Lovely seven day holidays. The best they have in the hotel, is their staff! Always smiling, hard working and really kind! The hotel ain't the newest, but it's next to the beach and there you have all you really need! We had some cloudy days but well I guess it's normal in September. Many nationalities in the hotel, I heard mostly french and german, but the entertainment was also in English so it was nice. Different activities, I could even play football in the hotel, Feyenoord t-shirt always with me tho. I'm happy to have met nice people around, thanks to Franky for the Bacardi Lemon. Food was fine, not basic fried stuff and the pool was close to the bar, loveee it. Imo it's a hotel for every kind of people, completely recommend it.

In our opinion, the hotel does not correspond to four stars. We arrived at the hotel after midnight, after the accommodation the first disappointment occurred - the cleanliness of the bathroom (the toilet, which I had to wash myself, the thought of a dirty cutting board and the rest of the toilet made me sick to my stomach) for the rest of the stay relative cleaning every day. The elevator was a disaster out of 3 elevators, only one was working, and you were afraid to even enter it, let alone jump in it.. With a stay of more than 300 people, we got a room on the 8th floor, which makes it quite difficult to walk several times a day - not to mention the people, who travel with a stroller, the sad thing is that this problem has been going on since May and no one is doing anything about it.

A great hotel, very much enjoyed my time here. Very clean and rooms up to a great standard, great sea and beach views and a wide choice of good quality food. Very friendly staff and entertainment team is fantastic! Highly recommend and would stay again

Our stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! Everything was perfect, from the service to the room and the food– we were thoroughly satisfied. The view from our room, in particular, was an absolute dream. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already considering coming back next year. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Good points - all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wheelchair user with us and the access around the communal parts of the hotel was very good - pool lift, ramps etc. Entertainment staff very friendly and enthusiastic. Good location very close to the beach. Bad points - although the entertainment staff were very nice, unfortunately the quality of the evening entertainment was not up to the standard it should be and we have experienced in other hotels before. During the morning there was continuous loud music which was impossible to escape from. What's wrong with the sound of people in a pool on it's own? There were only a few hours of respite in the afternoon (still continuous music but a little quieter) before the evening where the volume ramped up again and they were trying to compete with the hotel next door! So loud we had to sit a long way away. Particularly bad for anyone with any level of autism who cannot cope with that much noise. The food was OK but very repetitive, however there was always something available to eat. The wheelchair accessible room had far too much furniture in it so it was difficult to get round, the door onto the balcony opened the wrong way making it really tough to get outside. The disabled bathroom was too small (transfers had to be made outside it) and the "roll in" shower had a 3cm high lip which made it really hard to use - it wasn't roll in that's for sure. Lastly on that, the door into the room is standard width, not great.
