We stayed in Apartment 5 which is a 2 bedroom apartment with a great view. The decor is absolutely stunning to the point where we thought we were on The Block! The use of a PIN number makes the check in system is so easy to get in and out of the car park and apartment. The car park is a little tight but otherwise everything was fantastic! Highly recommend! We will be back!

We recently stayed at Aquabelle apartments as a returning guest. Such a beautiful modern spacious apartment with everything you need. Everything was lovely and clean with all extras. Perfect location right across the road is the beach and lots of shops right near. Looking forward to our next visit!

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing. It was very easy to get in and out of the property as the emails prior to my stay were very helpful. Facilities were of top condition and have no complaints!

We stayed in apartment 2 - 3 bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 children (14 and 16). Only $445 per night as low season but not a bargain as not luxe! The positives: Easy to find, plenty of parking out the back, awesome beach views, big rooms, plenty of seating in lounge, free wifi, heaters in bedrooms (needed for concrete floors), lots of toiletries, washer/dryer combo. The negatives: No smart tv in lounge, has DVD player (who uses those now we have Netflix?), adequately clean (but see tissue box photo and shredded bathmat and thinnest washer ever photo), mismatched cutlery and crockery (some chipped). Two bedrooms have no tv, no window/glass panel/balcony/natural light - so eerie. Main bathroom doesn’t have a seperate toilet. Probably my fault as I did not read the Trip Advisor reviews closely enough and was lured by the glossy website photos. Apartment 2 will do for now but certainly not luxe - a couple of sheepskin mats does not equal luxe by my standard.

We have stayed at this apartment before and it is absolutely beautiful. The bed is so comfy, and everything is sparkling clean. It is in a great location right opposite the beach in town and it is fitted out with everything you need, right down to beach towel and bag.

Initial stairs to get into unit very steep if you have any Mobility issues this will be a challenge. Once inside the unit, it was Lovely and spacious with views of the bay and passing ships from the lounge and dining area as well as outdoor balcony. Very modern and well laid out with secure off street parking accessed by PIN code.

The accommodation at Aquabelle Apartments, Rye was fantastic (3 nights)!!!!!...great location, clean apartment, Rye RSL close by, walks, beach, visited Arthurs Seat Eagle, Point Nepean National Park etc. Thanks for a lovely stay....

Beautiful and spacious apartment, great location. Donna was very accommodating for us. Well appointed and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Close to the beach, shops and easy walk to the supermarket. Thankyou for letting us stay at your lovely apartment.

I booked an apartment 5 that overlooks the Pier beach front. The apartment was beautiful, modern and well stocked with essentials. And right off the Main Street so great location. Check in and check out process was easy and owners very prompt responding to questions. The only thing I would flag is for elderly people or people with injuries, access is via a set of steep steps (about 20) so may prove difficult (although there are hand rails to assist).
