Fantastic place in Puglia, very quiet and relaxing place. Food is outstanding very well presented, tasty and staff is amazing and welcoming. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities. Ideal for kids as there is alot of space for them to play in nature. Highly recommended and host is super nice!

A charming place surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The rooms are cozy and clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is welcoming. We spent three wonderful days at the villa and will definitely return for one of our next vacations.

Cons: Water wasn't hot enough for a bath, road noise, bland dinner, "French" style split bed (two mattresses, with a gap in the middle to make a bed for two) Pros: cute place, very clean, abundant breakfast, excellent olive oil. Two people on a short road trip, we had booked this place specifically for the tub, but the water simply wasn't hot enough. It would run warm, then hot, then cold, then warm again. The temperature definitely wasn't stable enough for a shower, but wasn't hot enough for a bath either. Other guests, on the other side of the building, had the same problem. From the other reviews, it's clear they know about this problem, but it's still not resolved and refused to negotiate any kind of discount. The dinner is bland, but okay. If you want a cute, clean place and don't care about a bath and tasty dinner, it's fine.

It already started when we entered the hotel property. The building is in much worse/filthier condition than how it is presented via pictures on the internet. Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner immediately addressed us: ‘if you have any complaints, you can text or call me. I don't want a bad review’. This was literally the first thing we were told when we received it. We got a room in the 'historic' part of the hotel. Historical apparently means old, dilapidated and also dirty.. When we got to the room, we were immediately confronted with insects in the room. The towels and bedding were full of stains. Brown, green and red. The furnishings were dusty and the air con noisy. When we saw this I immediately went to the reception and asked for another room. The answer was: 'hotel is fully booked, no other room available. You can get new towels and bed linen. Those insects simply belong to the countryside.’ I left it there that night because we had to sleep somewhere anyway and we were just afraid that if we started the discussion that night, maybe something would happen to our car or luggage. I'm not scared fast, but this man seemed so intimidating and dangerous that I did get this feeling. After a terrible night, I reached out to the owner (the guy who said he didn't want a bad review and wanted to resolve any issues). He was not at the hotel himself and I was told to explain my problem via whatsapp. Eventually a receptionist of the hotel called the owner so I got him on the phone. Then I indicated that the hotel and the room are dirty and that the hotel is nothing like what is advertised on the internet. We didn't want to spend our last 4 days of vacation in such a miserable way. I indicated that we wanted to go and wanted compensation. The owner literally said, 'It's your problem if you want to go. It is an old building and this is part of it. You will not get any money back. If you don't like it, you should have gone to a resort.’ I gave him the option to return a part of the amount instead of the total, but this was also rejected. The owner of the hotel started threatening the police and the Dutch consulate if I continued to threaten. I have not threatened anyone, only expressed my dissatisfaction and tried to come up with a solution. According to the owner, the solution was to offer the room online again, and if he could sell the room to others we could talk about MAYBE getting a compensation afterwards. How the hotel comes across on the internet and the photos is completely opposite of reality. The rooms are dirty, furniture full of dust, mold/moisture spots on the walls, barely any water pressure which makes showering almost impossible, thin walls so you can clearly hear the neighbors at night and even listen to what program they are watching on television. Siamo stati in questa masseria meravigliosa il primo giugno in occasione della Cresima di nostra figlia. Quel giorno c'erano diversi ricevimenti: la nostra Cresima, Comunioni, Compleanni....e tutti con menù diversi....insomma una situazione non semplice da gestire. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.....dagli ambienti interni a quelli esterni, all'area gioco per i bimbi...tutto ordinato e pulito....la qualità delle pietanze e la loro preparazione molto molto buona....ma il fiore all'occhiello è stato il servizio....davvero impeccabile!! Insomma, a voler trovare un difetto non era possibile...tutto davvero perfetto! I nostri complimenti al Direttore che ha saputo gestire tutto in maniera eccellente ed a tutto lo staff!!

Sabato 31 maggio abbiamo festeggiato il 50° anniversario di matrimonio dei miei genitori. Non finirò mai di ringraziarvi per la splendida giornata, siete sempre una felice conferma. Avete reso la nostra festa speciale. Grazie per l'accoglienza, per il servizio sempre impeccabile, per la cortesia e le attenzioni. Sul cibo che dire, si commenta da solo al primo assaggio. Prodotti eccellenti in una cucina casereccia ma ricercata. Applausi al pasticcere. Grazie ancora e sicuramente ci rivedremo quanto prima, che sia per una ricorrenza speciale o semplicemente per una domenica in famiglia.
