It’s was a wonderful time visiting Rusutsu. The Westin Hotel was a great accommodation for short, medium, and long vacations. Fortunately, staffs were professional and they always had service mind. I got helped from one staff changed a wrong ski-pass to a new correct one. I stayed only for 3 days and felt so comfy. Thank you.

The arrangement of the living room gives you a great setting to appreciate the wonder of nature and tranquility. And the buffet breakfast helps you start a day with energy and vitality.

Excellent hotel 🤩🤩🤩

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Rental store closes too early, limited skiing equipment choices, and people who were serving in the rental store for skiing equipment were not kind. There are too less people who speak English at the hotel in general (eg: at restaurants and front desk), it was hard to communicate with them. But attitude are nice.

Very good price: Spacious room, and bathroom, some restaurants nearby. About 3-5 mins drive to nearby Aeon market and big restaurants . First come first served for 28 spaces of carpark. Reasonable charge of 800 yen per overnight stay. Staff polite, average quality of room amenities.

Worth for value

Perfect place to be on a holiday. Pool, park golf, onsen, golf course and many more activities to enjoy. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Definitely will visit again

Excellent location

太開心了玩的，非常推薦來留壽都滑雪，這個酒店也很舒服，有小火車直達滑雪場，酒店有非常多商店，裝備不齊都沒關係，可以在酒店就能買齊，酒店房間景色很美很舒服，空間很大是兩層樓的複式間，很適合家庭居住

留壽都滑雪最方便的酒店，可以去兩邊的雪場，給入住的客人提供了免費locker.小火車去留壽都渡假村也挺方便。吃飯除了酒店自助外，留壽都渡假村那邊很多吃的，還有游泳池及商店。帶孩子不少地方可以去。還有雪地摩託，香蕉船。四天三晚挺忙。有機會再來

房間還算大，進門是房間，客廳在樓下。衞生間衹有樓下有，所以晚上去衞生間就不方便。 酒店有免費放雪具的櫃子，滑雪很方便，滑完雪還能泡温泉。 但是每天都能看到蟲子，大冬天，房間裏，餐廳裏都發現過。和前台反應，前台也愛答不理的。服務態度不是很好

房間大得出奇，上下兩層孩子跑得不亦樂乎，還有五張床，全家住都可以。滑雪也十分方便，坐網紅小火車一分鐘就到了。

環境算好的，可是酒店浴袍上有別人的頭髮，滑雪完發現地上有清潔人員遺留的抹布。
