Good Stay It was a good price for a one night stay, you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and moving things. 35 minutes from Big Bear Lake and 20 min from Arrowhead Lake.

Front staff was so kind and accomodating. For the price, the quality was great. Rooms were clean, looked updated for a remote location and even had a mini fridge and microwave.

Loved it! Loved it! It was very comfortable and felt modern and updated recently on the inside. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the missing coffee machine. Otherwise it's a great spot to enjoy the mountains from! :)

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was an absolute nightmare. Don’t be fooled by the photos—this place is nothing like what they advertise. After a long day of skiing, I was looking forward to a nice, relaxing shower. Instead, I walked into a filthy bathroom with hair stuck to the shower wall and even more all over the floor. Clearly, housekeeping doesn’t do their job. Trying to sleep was another disaster. Between the ancient, loud AC unit and the constant buzzing from the fridge, I barely got any rest. To make things worse, when I tried to call the hotel for help, no one even picked up. The lack of service is unbelievable. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. This place is NOT worth the money!

There was hair stuck to the bathroom wall and on the bathroom floor. The AC was extremely noisy, couldn’t sleep with it on. No one was available in the office to attend to my problem

Clean rooms, close to snow valley. Our only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We had a 1st floor room and you can hear neighbors walking and talking on all sides. Overall we would stay here again.
