Great stay I made to the hotel on my business trip, the staffs there were very helpful and super nice, I dearly come back again if I happen to Zürich next time.

Our first time staying here. There's a free hotel shuttle from ZRH Airport. Outside from Arrival 2 to the left side and the shuttle bus was on the middle curb. From hotel to ZRH Airport, they charge CHF10 per pax. Room was small but we enjoyed our stay. Ironing facilities & hair dryer provided. It's 8 mins walking distance to Rùmlang train station.

Reception staff were so friendly and helpful Taxi from airport too expensive - hotel will arrange transfer bus - book in advance x

I have to say this is the hotel with best hotel service staff I have met in Europe. The staff on night shift on a Sunday 30th March is very good. From checking in experience, to guiding us how to go to train station and take trains to recommending where to eat (we ate in the hotel in the end though). Sorry to forget her name, the photo of her in the attached

Excellent experience and value for money ! Clean, modern , well serviced and near to the ZUR airport with shuttle provided free from Airport to Hotel.

The service was very good. They let me check in early 😀. Overall it is restively clean and decent. Not fancy at all. But we only needed a hotel near the airport that is convenient and clean. Less than one block away is an Aldi supermarket. But please be aware that supermarkets and most shops close on Sunday in Switzerland.

Great location which has a free shuttle bus from Zurich airport arrival 1 to the hotel. Also, it is near the train station

The staff was absolutely fantastic and kind. The room was clean and large with lots of amenities. The only downside is the breakfast, which is good but could be better.

The stay was great, the staff was friendly. However, the hair shampoos in the room had expired, I told them this, but the woman working there told me that the products were unopened, but their expiration dates had passed. Apart from that, Jose, who works at the reception, is very warm and friendly, I thank him very much.

Comfortable stay, location is good. Near supermarket and train station.

This is my second time I stayed in Holiday inn express, the bed and pillows are comfortable, room is spacious and clean. The only thing is they don't provide bottles drinking water other than that everything are perfect. I will come back again.

Zurich is expensive for food, hotel, and transportation, The reason for choosing this hotel due to Holiday Inn big Brand. The results to live in certifying that except some system breakdown when we check in, and that takes us more than 20minutes to wait until the system recover, Finally, It doesn't work. But room and facility both super.
