I've stayed at this hotel for multiple times, everything about the hotel is fine except the managing person at the hotel restaurant is very rude & not co-operative at all. Although the food & ambience is good but need some improvements in restaurant management towards the guests.

Property is good. Had good stay. Food is good. People are polite. Restaurant service is good. Location is prime in market and is near to rely station. Amenetis mentioned are there.

Great stay at hotel ambar rudrapur! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect at the middle of the city for exploring around. We were with our car and parking space is very limited of this hotel, it is the drawback of the hotel. We loved the food of the hotel and will definitely be back"
