There is no washbasin and the doesn't have a road for parking area. By their mistake my car has been broke down

our stay was not good. poor location. narrow room, poor bath room facilities. .no wash basin. geaser is not working. tv is not working. poor electricity..

It’s a terrible experience over there. Very dirty rooms and other accesories provided like blanket and towel etc. Sorry there’s no towel given. No hand wash or soap given. Very disappointed and disgusting experience.

The room was good but the facilities were quite flawed. Especially the service in the cottage was not proper as most of the time the staff were unavailable. Plus in the morning the was supply was off running geyser for a few minutes would result in power outage. This cottage can be much better if the management takes good notice. That would be all

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Will recommend to my colleagues. Thank you !
