Royal Tunbridge Wells

Very nice and clean hotel would definitely recommend to friends and family. Had a really lovely breakfast and the staff were very helpful & polite. I had a Spacious clean room with no problems & i Enjoyed my stay and will be returning again soon.

Checkin was fast. The lift and secure doors to my third floor room worked well. The Queen bed was comfortable, complemented by excellent lighting. The desk was a good feature as were the effective blackout curtains but the room lacked a suitcase shelf. Hot water for the excellent walk-in shower arrived quickly. Towels were of a very good size, and fluffy. I did not hear any other guests. Overall, excellent value in an expensive town.

You know what to expect with Premier Inn. I find the lack of staff at check-in impersonable. No onsite parking, £10.80 in a nearby multi storey for 24 hours. Breakfast's recently always have something missing, this time no orange juice, world shortage they said Liquid soap in bathroom was watered down, is that just penny pinching Other than this standard Premier Inn

My husband and I visited Tunbridge Wells for our 2nd wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were greeted by two friendly members of staff, I think the young gentleman was called Alex (Deputy Manager) and a lovely lady (we didn’t catch her name unfortunately) They both made us feel very welcome even though we were only staying for just one night. We got to our room which was really clean and very comfortable. The shower in room 319 is so lovely! We went out for dinner in the evening, it was raining so the young gentleman offered us an umbrella, a really thoughtful touch. When we got back to our room we were greeted to 2 bottles of Prosecco in an ice bucket and two glasses with such a lovely note attached wishing us a happy anniversary. We appreciated this wonderful touch so much, the thoughtfulness of the deputy manager and staff was so lovely. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. In otto giorni nostra stanza e bagno sono stati puliti una sola volta, nonostante continue richieste e lamentele. La direttrice si è giustificata dicendo che era un "budget hotel". Comunque, ci ha sicurato, le stanze venivano pulite su richiesta.
