Royal Tunbridge Wells

One of the best hotel experiences. All the amenities expected of a Premier Inn. Clean, very spacious room with comfy bed and linen. A nice cot for our little one. Good tea/coffee and other facilities in room. Clean bathroom with awesome rainfall shower in a bath. Top quality premier inn breakfast. Nice ambiance, nice staff. Unbeatable location, just a short walk from the railway station and close to the Pantiles and city centre and Wellington rocks. Overall, our first staycation with our 1-year old was a great success and we were able to soak in pleasant atmosphere in beautiful Royal Tunbridge Wells, thanks in no small part to this gem of a premier inn.

Reception staff and process effortless, rooms very comfortable, restaurant staff friendly and couldn't do enough for you, especially Lucy, and food as good and tasty as you can find in hotels much more expensive. Meal deal works well. Location is handy for all East Sussex and Kent.

Bed was so comfortable. Room was fantastic. Service was fantastic. Location and prices brilliant. Close to all shops and next to Tunbridge wells train station. The restaurant looked nice. I got a room clean every day ... ................

In the restaurant the irritating music was to loud I asked could it be turned down and it wasn’t it seemed to me it was more the staff than the guest I had a long day and didn’t like the idea of being forced to listen to loud music I won’t be going into that restaurant again

Great location for a concert at The Forum and for high street shopping. Hotel was self check in but our card didn’t work but there was a member of staff there too help. Room was nice with tea and coffee, no view though was just some trees directly by the window but was ok. Nice to have the bar open still when we got back late. Lovely Breakfast, overall nice stay, would return

I always stay at the Premier Inn when I visit Tunbridge Wells. It’s my base when I’m there visiting friends and family. On my last visit I stayed there Monday, Friday and the following Monday. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I went to London for a night and didn’t want a big suitcase so I was able to have it safely stored until my return the following day. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The food is very nice and the offer of £26.99 for a two course meal, a drink and a full english breakfast next day is really good value.
