Premier Inn Leamington Spa Town Centre

Had to move rooms to find one not facing an air conditioning unit , then found bed mattress too hard for our liking so a very poor nights sleep. However on a positive a perfect central location for exploring leamington. Free parking can be found at edge of Portland place west, a 10 min walk from hotel.

I stayed here many years ago and had a good experience so decided to book again - it is central with a great location, and has parking nearby that's inexpensive. This time my experience wasn't so good. The usual Premier Inn things like a comfy bed, good cleanliness, decent towels, were fine and in place. But my room was absolutely freezing. The heating hadn't been on prior to my arrival (it was 2 degrees outside and very windy), and the only heater in the room was totally inadequate (one of those combi aircon/heater things, not a radiator). I left the heater on while I went out for the evening in the hope the room would have warmed up for my return (it hadn't in the 90 minutes I was there before going out), but it had cut out while I was gone, so I had a very very cold night indeed. The bathroom was large - and had no heating at all. Plenty of hot water in the shower, but none from the tap in the sink. So, overall, a very cold experience. No coffee provided in the room on the refreshment tray - just two teabags. On the basis of this trip I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed over here while heading north as far as Premier Inns go, this was up there. Liked how it was bedded in the promenade and close to everything. Easy check in with a nice size room, just what I needed and would certainly return. Close to Shakeaholic, that was a real treat!

From the moment we walked through the door we felt very welcome. Our room was exceptional, very clean, warm and comfortable. Our nights sleep was awesome and the cherry on the cake was a fantastic breakfast to wake up to! We both slept very well. Every member of staff we dealt with was happy, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel, a really pleasant place to stay.

The hotel overcharged my credit card and the receptionist working there promised me I would be getting refunded and have not. I’m never staying at a premier inn again. No one ever picks up phone very bad management team. The premier inn in Leamington is poorly managed.
