Very nice and clean

Per la pulizia della camera bisogna avvisare ogni mattina se ci si ferma più di un giorno; la camera è grande con vista sul Tamigi, ma la tappezzeria della sedia è usurata e sgradevolmente macchiata; il personale è molto disponibile e gentile; la colazione buona e varia. A cena il cibo è decisamente buono ma i tempi di attesa molto lunghi.

Myself, my partner and son were visiting family and it was a lovely welcome each night we returned to our room, nice and clean. Peaceful night sleep, and reception staff were very friendly. We will be staying again in the future and definitely reccomend.

Stayed here with my family over half term to see the sights of London. Hotel is in an excellent location with great transport links . Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful , even suggesting places to visit! . Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back .

we had a lovely weekend with my mates , train stations are near by and the Elisabeth line is a fast way to get to the airport rooms are clean and the staff always there if we needed something off for our holiday but we ll 100% come back to woolwich again.

Nice rooms. Couldn’t hear anyone else moving around. Clean and comfy beds. Good beefeater attached with friendly staff. Bathroom clean but not spotless. Convenient for Woolwich Arsenal Elizabeth Line. Nice local walking areas by the river.

Fabulous hotel Great reception team, they where in hand 24/7 Gave us all the information we needed from trains to restaurants Rooms are a decent size and exceptionally clean and well kept. We asked for cleaning and this was promptly provided During Valentine’s Day they where busy but everyone kept a smile on their faces. The staff is a great asset to your hotel, always friendly and happy to help. We will definitely be back to Woolwich soon

Hotel was clean, and for London was a fair price to pay. English Breakfast was worth the money as it was cooked to order not all precooked and placed on a hot plate to help yourself to. This is far better than the hot plate method. Room was clean and tidy, and would consider going back to the hotel again.
