Dr Dabrowiska diet stay: the introduction speech was unprofessional, the speecher rude and arrogant. I can not imagine treating a client like this. No apology. I felt offended in public. A young man should know at least basic savoir-vivre rules.

Currently staying at the hotel. No air conditioning. No fans. No tour or map of facility given. The only way to keep cool is to open windows and listen to other people all night who do not think it necessary to keep quiet so others can relax and sleep. The front desk check-in person was incredibly flippant and told me I looked tired twice, that the 'special diet food here' is not worth it and that they needed more protein. Also, apparently, the spa is understaffed. Our waitress, for both dinner and breakfast, could not answer basic questions about the food and seemed apologetic that we picked the 'special diet' to eat. There is no working safe in the room, so I have to take my valuables everywhere with me. This was described and advertised as a medical spa, yet when I asked basic questions about licensing and training, I was laughed at and not given answers to my questions. Also, this is not an adult facility, but a family one. Anyone expecting peace and quiet will be disappointed. We came for a break from our family and there is no place where children are not around (pool, sauna, grounds).

Bardzo miło spędzony czas , obsługa przemiła zawsze uśmiech i dobre słowo. Pokoje duże , czyste. Śniadanko wyśmienite , duży wybór , spa , basen itd wszystko idéale. Położenie nie daleko bardzo ładnej plaży oraz niektóre pokoje z widokiem na zalew, polecam. Polecam

Schönes Hotel, Komfortzimmer ausreichend groß, gute Lage, Sauna leider mehrfach defekt, Nutzung erst ab 17.00 Uhr möglich, wenn sie denn ganz ist. Frühstück und Abendessen sind akzeptabel, leider ist das Mittagessen eine Zumutung! Dies leider auch am 1. und 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag, enttäuscht!! Massage ist Spitze, leider ist der Masseur etwas unfreundlich, seine Leistung war aber Spitze . Hundebesitzer sollten dieses Haus meiden!!
