Unbelievably nice hotel punching way above its weight. Fabulous big room. Great aircon. Staff faultless. Breakfast spread amazing including full jug of freshly squeezed orange. Eggs cooked to order. Banana fritters etc. complementary drinks and cake. Beautiful pool and everything perfectly maintained.

Amazing place! If you need a rest and the friendliest staff ever, you are at the right place. Nice spacious rooms, quiet area, and bicycles from the hotel to go to the beach or downtown make your visit so easy and stress-free. The staff, along with the owner, is something that you rarely find. So polite, so considerate, so friendly, so smiling - it's healing for the soul. For breakfast, they make their own bread, one of the best I have ever tried. I even got the recipe :-). Thank you all for the beautiful 3 days, how short our vacation was. Wish you all the best and see you soon :-).

This is my second time here and it is superb! Small boteque hotel in the heart of Istrea. I feel at home here but even better! Christian ( the owner) is one of the best humans Ive ever meet! This is one of my sons favorite places in the world! I higjly recomend!

My husband and I had the most wonder 10 days here. Christian and his staff made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We woke each morning to the most beautiful home cooked breads and cakes and some days we were lucky enough to just sit and chill by the swimming pool. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the old town of Rovinj where there is a good choice of restaurants. It was our first visit to Croatia and Casa Alice but it won’t be our last. We will definitely come back to Casa Alice. The only downside was at the beginning of our stay the weather wasn’t too good, so we sampled Christian’s delicious white wine

We loved everything about this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome with fantastic customer service. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk downhill into town, you can get a taxi very easily back up the hill for around 3 Euro. The hotel has a fantastic pool with plenty of sun loungers around for all the guests. there is no getting up at 7 am to reserve a bed here. The rooms are bright, large and airy and spotlessly clean, and were serviced daily. Breakfast consisted of a continental breakfast with the added bonus of eggs cooked however you wanted them. Kristian and his team offer the best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel, They could not do enough to help you, from planning restaurants to planning excursions. We will definitely be back to stay. Thank you for an amazing 7 night stay, from Lorraine and Ian

We spend 7 nights at Casa Alice and had a nice time. The Casa is located in silent area of Rovinj, you almost hear no cars but birds sinning. It has a nice pool area with very good sun beds, but we were missing sun shields or umbrellas when there was no free spot under a tree. The owner Christian is very friendly and so is all the staff, everybody is very dedicated and makes an effort but for the price the standard was not as expected. There was no shelf or anything else in the bathroom, a short shower would flood the bathroom because of a very strange construction of the shower within the walls. There were light bulbs only without a shade and other small little things which are not really a problem but within a week they sum up, especially if you expect something different after looking up the pictures and thinking about the price. Not bad in total but not as good as it could be, unfortunately.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in charming Rovinj. Fell in love with Istria just an exquisite area of Croatia worth a few days or more.. the not to be missed hill town of Motovun was a highlight and I wish we had spent a night or 2 there … We rode bikes several times around Rovinj and around the Golden cape …. Stunning scenery and a gentle ride around the coast with hidden rocky beaches worth a stop especially to see the sunset Pros Lovely staff very friendly and accommodating with genuine smiles and eager to help with any needs or information about the area Complimentary bikes were appreciated A welcome glass of wine a pleasant surprise! Free parking close by Views of the sea from the top floor Breakfast was good, eggs to order …. Could consider cut up fruit ….along with the fruit basket Fresh squeezed OJ a treat! Nice clean large pool in the front I can see being very popular in the summer …… The best room on third floor in our opinion is 302 with 303 comfort room 2nd best 302 deluxe room nicely laid out easy to watch tv from comfortable couch … felt more updated and nicely laid out than other rooms some of which felt a bit tired.. Bed comfortable we slept well although pillows a bit hard but European tend to be… Easy bike ride back and forth to town we loved the exercise and fresh sea breeze We highly recommend this sweet property in gorgeous Rovinj… sunsets from town are fabulous the walled city a pleasure to explore!

While the guest room decor is a bit sparse, everything else about Casa Alice is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and warm. The beautifully maintained pool and garden are so nice after a visit to the warm and somewhat crowded old town area. When we first arrived, I was concerned about the length of the walk into the old town, as it looked quite far to me. But, is truly is an easy 15 minutes downhill. Coming back, maybe 20 minutes in the heat. They also can provide (free) bicycles for the trip. Not a problem at all to get to town, and again, with the pool, getting back was a nice break. The breakfast is amazing, and they recently added gourmet dinners, which we enjoyed thoroughly one night. Our room also had a kitchen set up, so for longer stays, this would be a nice enhancement. I highly recommend Casa Alice for your Rovinj stay.

You know how people make your experience better. In Casa Alice their behavior makes the experience so much better. Everytime they see us, they smile and talk and greet. The fresh homemade juice in the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Loved our 3 nights stay there and would definitely recommend it, if anyone visiting Rovinj.
