The snow hotel is really nice and the ice craft are pretty cool🤩🤩🤩The staff are also very friendly and welcoming🤍

For the price we paid in March, it’s not exactly a premium accommodation. Mainly there to have an igloo experience, though the space in the igloo is limited. No luck with the Aurora in the night we stayed. Breakfast is impressive! And free visit to the snow hotel:)

We stayed in snowhotel for 1 night. Sleeping bags were not comfortable, we could hardly get any sleep. Breakfast was nice, with good vegetarian options as well. All the amenities were good, snow sauna, bonfire in kota restaurant, snow slide and sky bar.

The location is night with snow village but the room too small and dont have much amenities

Very beautiful glass igloos, very clean, enough hot water, very great experience even can’t see the northern light.

We love it…the room is very clean👍.the staff is very helpful & we have memorable night & enjoyed stayed here.

The Glass Igloo is small and not much space to open the luggage, however they have a very nice hot water shower which has around max. 25mins which you will be able to relax from whole day travel ☺️ . The location is not near airport, takes almost 40mins. shuttle bus from Santa Clause village to hotel. Though this location is really good for the chance of seeing Northern Lights ! We did ! Unluckily their ice bar and ice restaurant both under renovation and we don’t have chance to experience. That’s the downside of it.

環境設施很不錯，房間乾淨。晚餐 buffet及早餐 豐富。房間有北極光鬧鐘提示。很幸運能夠看到極光。唯一缺點是接送車費較貴。火車站要$30/歐元位單程，往city centre $20歐元/ 位。

โรงแรม สะอาด กิจกรรมเยอะ ห้องอาหารดีมาก ทั้ง Kota ,ice restaurant รวมถึงอาหารเช้า และเห็นแสงเหนือจากที่พักได้เลย

酒店尚算清潔，食物不好吃，價錢很貴， reception不是廿四小時開放，夜晚很難拿到飲用水。 酒店來往市中心及機場專用車收費很貴。 性價比頗低。
