Log cabin, built in 2012. Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, double bed and spreadable sofa in the loft, washroom/WC, covered terrace and balcony. For baby: bed, highchair.
Separate sauna with a steam room and a small dressing area in the yard. There is electric light inside the sauna. Water to the sauna comes from the cabin with a hose or by carrying. There is a wood-burning sauna stove and a cauldron for heating up water in the sauna.
Cooking hut. Koivuranta is a well-equipped villa in a calm location by the lake Vanttausjärvi. Vanttausjärvi is rich in fish. Fish species in the lake: pike, perch, whitefish, vendace, etc. Trailer on the beach for boat storage, boat must be pulled on it by using a winch or to the beach. There are smoking box and electric smoker in the cabin.
Boat ramp and traditional sleep-in lean-to 2 km.
