The heritage property is situated in the city and very well maintained The rooms are nice and comfortable and extremely neat and clean The hotel staff is courteous and well behaved The quality of food is outstanding and so is staff behaviour Worth staying in mid budget range

The stay, hygiene, food and the staff behavior all are excellent. It is one of the best hotel to stay in Rourkela. Ambiance of the hotel was excellent. Rourkela air port is just in walking distance. The stay was very comfortable and highly recommended for stay in Rourkela.

The experience in this hotel is heavenly with staff who are like family. At the reception, look for Ms Rupambika who aims only to give her customers with the best onboarding experience and leads her team with the same enthusiasm and is very helpful whenever we are in trouble. She is one of the best front office executives among the many hotels I have had the opportunity to stay in. Next at the restaurant, we have the best restaurant manager, Mr Rakesh who helps you with all your requests however weird they are. His staff are super friendly Ms Bharati, Ms Lalitha and Ms Mousumi are the best in the industry. Next we move on to the their other snacks center called super snacks. Its ably managed wonderfully by Mr Pabitra and his staff Ms Sarita. Their south indian dishes are mouthwatering made by Chef Tukuma. Not to mention the delicious pani puri by Mr Sanjay and to-die-for frankies and rolls by Mr. Sudama. The security, service and cleaning staff are equally friendly and very good at their jobs. Only two people who would need a little more training to embrace the mayfair watare Mr Rajesh at reception and Mr Jitendra at restaurant. While they are experienced, they would still have to learn in ways to provide the best service and experience for their customers. Overall.. A pleasant and wonderful stay at Mayfair Rourkela. Loved it.

Everything is nice. All the staffs are Very courteous,helping punctual,sincere strting from security to bill desk. As far as swimming pool is concerned needs some house keeping,in the shower room shower gel & shampoo missing and also the towel rod,

We went to Mayfair for dinner. The ambiance of the restaurant was very good. We ordered chicken manchow soup, Butter Chicken, Naan & chicken fried rice, and service of the food was prompt and the service was excellent 👌 great going keep it up

We will take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to the TEAM OF Mayfair hotels and resorts for providing us with a nice stay. It was home away from home for us.
