Incredible grounds, views, and spa. A must visit if you are travelling to this region. The building can be seen from far away as you drive to it, as it is on a hill overlooking the town. It is quite grand. It and its grounds are a sight: the tall tower, incredible architecture, surrounding vineyards, animals on the property, a stork nest on the top of the tower, and very nice decor are all extremely pleasant. The room was very comfortable and, of course, had an amazing view. Parking is easy. The hot tub in the spa is amazing - the best view I have ever had from a hot tub. The hamam, sauna, and pool are nicely maintained. 100% worth stopping to relax during your trip. The service is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff. Our only critique is that the bar is never staffed. We waited a while hoping someone would come by so we could order a drink before we finally gave up and left. The view is just so amazing - it would have been really nice to enjoy a cocktail. We absolutely loved our stay here and could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

This stylish old castle allies comfort and delicate luxury. Each room looks like an exotic time travel. Most of all: the staff is genuinely welcoming. Not only are they proactive , they can also prove very reactive to last minute request. I celebrated my daughter's 18-years birthday with the family and she has been delighted from start to finish.

It was a great experience to stay in an old historic chateau like this. We will come again after the renovation and wish to see more of the chateau

We love Alsace and this chateau in particular. Located on a small hill, surrounded by its own vineyards, the castle is a real eye-catcher. The rooms are of course not set up modern, which is something nobody is looking for here,but as expected they are classically elegant and very tasteful. A summer breakfast on the terrace, above the vineyard, with a view of the Rhine plain, is a real treat. We have already enjoyed the hotel and its excellent restaurant 5 times and will spend many more wonderful weekends here.

Beautiful location and beautiful chateau. We have stayed here several times over the past few years during stopovers. Dinner and breakfast are very good, and dinner doesn't feel like a typical hotel meal, which is great. However, a notable negative aspect is that while the hotel is a Tesla destination charger location, the Tesla chargers no longer work. Instead, they have two regular power outlets where you can charge at a very slow speed. Therefore, the chateau is not ideal if you plan to stay for just one night, arrive with an empty battery, and need to continue driving the next morning. This is a pity, as all the other facilities are excellent, although some of the rooms are a bit outdated.
