オーナーと可愛い猫（名前はパオラ）がお出迎えしてくれました。部屋は清潔感があり、清掃も毎日入ってくれます。タオルはたくさん置いてます。シャワー室は少し古いですが水圧は強いです。しかし、お湯を出す際に一度冷水を通らないとお湯が出ないため毎回冷たさに驚きます。洗面所に固定はされていますがティッシュが置かれているのが嬉しかったです。固形石鹸はニュージーランドで有名なマヌカハニーの香りで癒されました。キッチンはカトラリーが揃ってます。コンロもありますが換気扇がないためお肉を焼きたいのであれば外にBBQ用のコンロがあるためそちらを使用するのをお勧めします。ランドリーは乾燥機別で2ドルでした。ロトルアでモーテルをお探しの人はこちらのモーテルをお勧めします！

房間超大，複式，住6個人沒問題，可以做飯，泡温泉，車可以直接停到屋子門口，取東西很方面，免費，旁邊不遠處就是超市，可以到了酒店先去超市，晚上邊聊天邊喝酒聊天，非常愜意。路上路過鐵皮小鎮可以停下休息休息，冰激淋推薦，但衹收現金。

整體都比較乾淨，複式房間，還有按摩浴缸。有兩衹友好的小貓咪，reception的女士也很nice～到redwoods、parkin‘save都很方便。

직원분 상당히 친절하고요. 4인 가족이 숙박하기에 상당히 넓습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 쾌적해요 굿~!!

房間大 床有4張 開車家庭出遊很合適 住宿環境非常不錯 還有spa大浴缸 前台服務人員非常熱情周到 還給介紹了全屋的配套設施 👍

Lovely comfortable house/apartment. Comfortable beds, excellent bathroom, well equipped kitchenette (but no conventional oven - just a hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Fridge. Small jacuzzi. Very flexible accommodation - double bed open plan downstairs, and double/ two singles upstairs. Very open plan in nature. Supermarket a short walk away, Uber eats available. Close to all local tourist sites. Staff excellent and very friendly.

Lovely hotel that is centrally located and has dedicated parking for each room. Laundry facilities located onsite and operate 24/7 - they have two washers and two dryers. Coins required to operate - NZ$1/NZ$2 coins. Confirm with the front desk as necessary. We had a loft room with a crib/portacot provided as well as a baby gate to block the stairs both on the upper and lower level. Loved this motel/hotel and really enjoyed the spacious room and kitchenette for preparing food for the infant. Did not use the geothermal spa/sauna they provide in the back for the room (and every room it seems), so cannot opine on that.

Excellent apartment, well catered for everything you need. Comfortable massive bed with great pillows. Private spa pool was great. Use of bbq, good parking and close to local amenities. Very clean and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend.

The location was excellent the staff were really respectful. High quality shampoo and other supplement in the property. The house was very clean and refurbished. We enjoyed our entire stay in this property. Worth for the money. I highly recommend this place to families.

Really was a comfortable unit for the whole family. We really enjoyed our stay. Great to come back from a day adventuring and sit in the hot tub. The beds were super comfortable. Only thing I would change is the shower as the water after you showered was all over the bathroom floor. Besides that, i will be back. Thank you so much. Highly recommend 👌

We stayed in the AristaAir- Central City Townhouse and it was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that a family would need. The location was excellent and the beds super comfortable. Little touches such as baskets of toiletries, air fresheners and Christmas decorations were appreciated and the spa was a bonus, even if we were so busy we only used it once. Would highly recommend this property.

Ideal for anyone or any family. Great location and friendly staff willing to help you with your holiday. Close to main shopping district and easy to get to from the highway. We got the 3 bedroom room and was ideal for our family as we had our parents travel with us
