House was built in 1974 with amazing landscaping. You will be able to rent out the separate guest house above private garage with a private entrance.
Access to Pool during warmer months. Private sunroom that oversees pool.
Close to Historic Downtown
Access to private garage. Private entrance to apartment directly above the garage. Access to pool and backyard space, great for for relaxing.
The unit is above the garage and comes with a one bedroom, a full stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom.
The unit DOES NOT have a washer and dryer.
My family and I live in the main house. Excellent location. Beautiful trees surrounding the property. Huge amount of living space. Kitchen was fully stocked. The mattress was so comfortable.

CLEAN & SAFE in upscale area
Oh my goodness! We have been traveling for our birthdays/anniversary and booked 7 VRBO’s for our two week travels. This was #5 on our itinerary. Up to this point we had encountered some pretty bad ones so I was so discouraged.
This place here though did not disappoint. The neighborhood is in a VERY nice area. The home is VERY clean. It did not wreak of “houseitosis” (smell of filth). The owner was very responsive and kind.
No need to worry about cleanliness, comfort or security here. It was PERFECT! I am extremely picky so if I say it was all of that, you can rest assured it was all of that and more.

Great Stay
Really enjoyed our stay! Had a welcome sign with my name, complimentary refreshments , plenty of toys for the kids. Overall, you can tell the owners of the property just wanted you to enjoy your stay! Nailed it!
