The breakfast area was filthy. Nobody would clean the spillage of other guests. The counter tops were dirty. They didn't have extra towels. I had a double queen with three guests and only had two towels for the shower. I requested a third towel and they told me they didn't have any.

This hotel was OK. There were people playing loud music in the room above us until 1 AM. The surrounding area is very sketch. The website is misleading...makes it look much nicer than it is in reality. All in all, a decent place to spend the night but I wouldnt stay there again.

Nice, clean hotel
Came down for a family funeral. Hotel was clean (did smell like **** in some areas) and the breakfast was amazing!!! Our room had a broken air conditioner and the door knob to the bathroom was very loose, but we were able to open up our window which was awesome!!!

Hotel was upgrading locks on room when we arrived to property feel they should not have issued room that was affected as flames were coming off tool as they removed replace hardware I thought this was a safety issue.
Asked for addition rags/towels did not receive.
Was not asked if I wanted room cleaned at all during 3 day stay.
People in room next to our we’re agrueing loudly one day that the police were called.

We had a very pleasant stay. Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. My only complaint was that the thermostat was not working so it got a bit warm

The property is convenient to where I needed to be. Easy to access.
The elevator was out of service, Ice Machine was also out of service. The plug for the shower/tub was pulled out.

We had 2 rooms with 3 people in each. Only had towels for 2 and they never brought up. Lobby bathroom was locked and since our toilet did not flush that was a problem. They would not give us the code. I filled out info ahead of time including picture of my ID and he made me do it all over. Terrible checkin

When we entered our room, the AC didn't work, the inside door handle came off in our hand, and the room smelled like smoke. When my husband went to the front desk, they came up and said the handle was missing a pin and they fiddled with the AC. We waited about a half hour, as staff suggested and the AC still wasn't working so we were given a new room. Our second room smelled like Indian food (which we like eating, but don't want a clean hotel room to smell like) and the the window was open when we arrived in the room because it didn't lock at all. We closed it's and went about our night, but it could've easily been opened from the outside.

Construction site next door and fenced off only one way in and out. Parking lot had lots of pots holes.
ELEVATOR OUT OF SERVICE ENTIRE TIME!!! How could it not be repaired in the three days we were there. He gave no expectation as to when it was going to be repaired. Like we should just deal with it. There was nothing in the write up saying that elevator was inoperable.
Staff was surly.
