It can be located on the ground floor with garden or on the first/second floor with a terrace. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, and a tv, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
Air conditioning is available with dual cooling/heating function.
Private parking space.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the residence's swimming pool, designed for both adults and children. The pool is accessible from 10:00 to 13:00 and then again from 15:00 to 19:00. Please note that the pool operates seasonally, opening its doors from 01/06 to 08/09.
A bicycle rental is located just 150m away, a supermarket is situated at a distance of 250m, and a bar and restaurant are 100 meters away.
