Large, cosy, comfortable residence "Platja de Roses", 2 storeys. 300 m from the centre of Roses, in a central, quiet, sunny position, from the sea, 20 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Planted inner courtyard. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, café, pub garden 15 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Roses" 20 m, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 3 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, surf school 2.9 km, sailing school 2.9 km, minigolf 60 m, sports centre 2 km, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Parque acuático Aquabrava 1 km, Centro paracaidismo Skydive Empuriabrava 3 km, Cadaqués 15 km, Monasterio de Sant Pere de Rodes 17 km, Castillo de Peralada 15 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 17 km. There were cobwebs under the cupboards. The parking spaces in front of the house were occupied by beach vendors.

Badly cleaned bathroom while included in the price Terrace exposed to the sun without being able to protect itself therefore unusable.

Simple in terms of furniture. The very small kitchen. In return, spaciousness in the living room, even using the sofa bed and a good terrace to eat four people. Two steps from the beach and not far from the town center. Pleasant environment and easy acces

The accommodation looked better and cozier in the photos. We found it old and dark. In hindsight, I would have preferred something else.
