We really enjoyed ourselves for the 12 nights all inclusive however if I could change anything it would be the water machine to bottled water. I know other people moan about the weekends when loads of Spanish families come but for me it brings another atmosphere not in a bad way at the end of the week are guest in there country. The hotel was clean and our room was cleaned everyday. We would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Meditterano! Hotel was lovely and clean, food was pleasant (kids loved the crepe station!) facilities brilliant for the kids and right across the road from the beach. All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. It does help to speak a little Spanish here but you can muddle through in English if not. We had a great room over looking the pool area but it was a bit too noisy for us so we mentioned it to reception and was swiftly moved to a quiet room great customer service thank you meditterano bay for a great holiday would happily return

Nice room and nice view from the balcony, comfortable bed, air conditioner good, nice staff , good food. Hotel clean. Very close to the beach and to many restaurants around the place. All inclusive, it's the best decision for the next trip.

Me, my partner and our two teenage boys stayed for 5 nights in April, all inclusive. We arrived at the hotel after 10:00 pm due to flight times and the restaurant was unfortunately closed. We had a lovely welcome by reception and sat outside by the pools, which had some beautiful ambient lighting. The room was certainly clean and spacious. Breakfast dinner and tea were excellent with lots of variety. The staff were very helpful, pleasant, and dressed very smartly. The drinks were very good too. We would 100% recommend this hotel as our stay was super, and we genuinely have no complaints at all. ❤️

Love this hotel! We are fortunate and holiday a lot…yet this is one of the very few hotels we have returned to having come here last year… Clean, Friendly, Great Food, Great Location… The pool rooms are perfect for us, a real highlight. Being able to step off your terrace straight into the pool when it’s 30°c is a big advantage. The restaurant is big and has a wide variety of food available. A few months back we were AI in Lanzarote and ate out every night…here we haven’t eaten out once in the two times we have now visited. Sometimes there is a queue to get in but they get people in quick, we haven’t waited longer than 5 minutes at any point, considering we are here at peak times (1st week of School Holidays here is Spain), they run a tight ship. There is lots going on for the kids and the pools are all shallow so our 8 year old is loves it. Mini Club/Disco every day, slides, Foam Party and water carpet once a week… The place is constantly being cleaned, the rooms are big and modern and there is space for everyone around the pools. 5 footsteps to the beach and a 10 minute walk down the beachfront to a strip of shops and cafe/bars. Each to their own, but we have loved our second time as much as the first and will be back again. Cheers

Overall the hotel is nice but lacks in simple areas. The good: - Rooms are cleaned well daily. - The pools are great, especially for young kids. - Hotel is positioned right next to the beach. - Staff are great with kids. - The entertainment is mostly in Spanish. I found this to be a positive. I don't go to Spain to feel like I'm in England. - Mini disco is great for kids. The bad: - Pool area (floor, sun beds, pool toilets) are not very clean. They don't wash the sun beds so you may find they are sticky either from the night before or day before. - Outdoor restaurant chairs barely cleaned (see photos) - Pool restaurant is just snacks and toasties. - Restaurant food despite being well cooked does not vary much day to day so you will get bored easily. - The hotel is at full capacity on weekends. For people travelling outside of school holidays this can be unexpected. Everything is hugely busy during these times. - On weekends when it's busy the queues are huge. We spent our days outside the hotel sadly on these days. - Best of luck sleeping if you have a room by the outside bar. - Not much going on in the area. - Curtains are coated in something that gets all over your clothes (photos) Overall we had a nice time, not as good as we had hoped though. If the hotel wasn't so busy on weekends, the pool area cleaned properly and the food variety rotated then this would have massively improved our experience.

We have stayed at the hotel as a family of 16 for a break away from our daily life back in England and for some family celebration very important for us to be all together.And all 16 of us thoroughly enjoyed the stay of 10 days.(The kids the most).We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the great state of the establishment.We were at the begining,to be honest taken back a bit by the lack of english in this supposedly international hotel but at the end It did't tarnish our holidays.We have to give a special mention to Jaro in the main restaurant for his friendliness and professionalism with almost native english at all times.He knows how to keep the reins of this beast because will tell you the weekend were crazy but all well organized and clean. All in all we would definitelly recommend and return to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, 3 different restaurants on site. 1 buffet style and 2 you can book and have 1 meal at. 2 beds together in a spacious clean room with a sea view balcony. Saltwater pool, a bigger chlorine pool a lovely splash pool with small slides for toddlers and a 4 slides at the back for kids and adults alike some very fast! Beach is right on the door step it is a shingle not sandy beach. Lovely quiet area. Hotel is full of Spanish families on the weekends especially Saturday morning so expect a massive line for breakfast buffet. ( Mid week is lovely and quiet )

Absolutely Fantastic, this was our first holiday with the kids and they had a great time, as did we. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily visit again with the whole family this time. Being so close to the beach aswell was a bonus!

Nice but basic premium plus room. Good comfy bed. Kettle supplied but no cups or fresh milk. Lovely pool. Watch out for weekends when the Spanish descend in droves. Can't get into the restaurant. Lots of standing in line. Food okay, plenty of choice but not best quality. Waiting staff excellent. Cleaning staff good too. Enjoyed week with family members and kids loved the pool. Very noisy as loads of children.

Hotel was good, our room was clean and spacious, the kids where happy, great kids club and a lot of ice cream :) The food was ok, not great but ok. Our only negative comment is that some of the staff could have been more welcoming, but overall we liked this hotel very much.

The slides were a highlight of the holiday with 2 small children. The staff in the dinner area were super friendly and very efficient. The entertainment staff for mini disco were amazing ! There were a couple training and we had no idea as they were fabulous with the children. We had no idea we were a little out of season for the activities like water aerobics and outside entertainment/ foam parties. Which was a shame! The bar staff came across quite rude when ordering as if it was a huge inconvenience asking for a drink. There isn’t much if anything to do outside the hotel so if you’re like us and like to have a little explore there isn’t a vast amount to do. Grand plaza was a lovely shopping centre but you have to get a taxi into it as it’s a good 20 mins away. Over all we had a lovely holiday.

Just stayed here for a week. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are nice and clean, but this is not a hotel that should be advertised for British holidays. This is a locals Spanish resort. All entertainment is in Spanish. Locals outside of the hotel seem very hostile towards British tourists. There is also very little to do in the area, there are a few shops along the road (around a mile walk). Weekends are extremely busy when locals come for a weekend away. Beautiful hotel, just not for British tourists

This hotel is predominantly for the Spanish entertainment all Spanish food all Spanish except beens and omlette at breakfast it described some sausage as English but I have never had one like that in the UK. Rooms are fine big beds decent bathrooms good showers maid service good everyday all bookable restaurants not open. Nothing much nearby like bars and restaurants there is a massive beach but it's not sand it's like crushed gravel sunbeds on beach very sparce. Room 3 out of 5 Location 1 Entertainment 1 Cleanliness 4 Bar service 4 Amenities 3 Value 1 This was all inclusive 24th may to 31st
